You know, God’s faithfulness is something we don’t completely understand and never deserve but are so thankful for in our lives. We don’t know why, but after many years of walking with Him, it still almost surprises us and often brings a wide smile to our faces as we see His hand moving in small and big ways right before our very eyes. As we work and prepare for each Expo we often get a front row seat to God’s hand moving in a mighty way. From answered prayers for financial provision to fair weather and extra hands and feet just when we needed it for set-up day, He is always so faithful to meet each and every need! This year’s Expo in Jacksonville, as is the case each year, was filled with so many fun activities, 500 smiling participants and volunteers and many lives touched by Jesus’ love throughout the day. However, one small event witnessed by very few is one of the most memorable moments of the 2016 outreach on April 18 th . The morning of the Expo as we came through the gate, Leanne noticed one of the trees along the side of the entrance was leaning a bit more than what would be considered normal. However, not thinking much of it, we went on with our early morning tasks. The volunteers all checked-in, participants came and lunch was even served with that tree still leaning over the road. Then just as one fire truck that had been on display at the check-in tent started to leave and another was coming to take its place, the tree fell right across the road. No one was in the way, no car was touched and in fact both fire trucks with officers were right there on either side of it. Without much attention, each group pulled out their chainsaws, cut up the fallen tree, cleared it from the road and went on with their shift change. Talk about God’s protection, timing and provision. Wow! God had it all worked out before any of us could even say a prayer. He knew it was going to fall, He cleared the area and had the clean-up crew in place so that the outreach did not miss a beat. What an incredible reminder of how much God loves and cares for our every need often before we even have a chance to ask! He alone is worthy of our praise and we give Him the glory for it all!

However, one small event witnessed by very few is one of the most memorable moments of the 2016 outreach on April 18th.
