Youth Association DRONI (DRONI) is a non-
governmental organization with the mission to
promote the establishment of a modern, healthy,
educated and perfect society. In order to meet this
task the association has been implementing the
educational and Youth development programs.
The organisation aims are to support the young
people’s physical, spiritual and educational
development and to develop educational initiatives
in the field of civil society, conflict resolution,
human rights and peace-building, to promote
intercultural relations in Georgian society or Youth.

according to volunteers interest;
● Regular communication with DRONI’s local and
foreign volunteers;
● will provide her/him contacts at all level (local,
regional, national, International) in order to establish
and improve business and friendly relationship;
● Taking part in preparation and follow up of the DRONI
projects, organizing living library;
● knowing better Georgian NGO's (through platforms
DRONI is involved in);
● Special lessons to learn Georgian (1hour / 2-3 times
per week) at the office
WHAT YOU CAN LEARN AND WHAT WE OFFER :
WHERE WE ARE ANDHOW WE WORK:
Our address Shartava 41, XIII floor
office 34 Tbilisi. You can get here by walk from flat or by bus no. 14.
The office is run on everyday basis, from
11.00-18.00, working hours of a volunteers are flexible.
There can be sometimes work during weekends (training, seminars,
informational meeting) with possible taking days off after. Volunteers will have
own space at the office.
GEORGIANLANGUAGELESSONS
Duration of one lesson is from 1h-1,5h.
2-3 times in a week.
Volunteers will receive language
training (formal or non-formal)
throughout her stay, arranged by the
host organisation.
We will provide the volunteers with all
the necessary courses and trainings
needed.
Volunteers will have mentors, who will help and support her during the EVS project. Mentors will
be experienced persons who have EVS background, what will be very productive and
useful for communication and for understanding of volunteers’ problems.
Volunteers will have regular communication with mentors who will help volunteers in better
adaptation and support them for peacefully being in Georgia and cut the problems. Mentors will have regular meeting with volunteers, once a
week, if it is needed they will visit volunteers 2 or 3 times a week.
