Parents to park in the parents car park at 10.00am, please do not come into school at 9am.

• Report to group leader and hand in any medicines/pocket money and group sweets/chocolate

• Coach will leave Priory School at 10.30am, heading for Southampton

•Children to travel in casual clothes and trainers –hi-viz to be worn on the ferry

• Children to carry a bag/rucksack containing lunch/sweatshirt (but no cans)

•Children may take electronic games and MP3 players but they are the responsibility of the children

NO MOBILE PHONES

•Red Funnel ferry leaves at 1pm for Cowes

•Toiletries, no aerosols as these can trigger Asthma attacks

•Brush/comb

•2 towels, 1 large, 1 small

•2 pairs of trainers, 1 old

•Hairdryer

•Cheap watch

•Tracksuit/jogging bottoms/leggings

•Long sleeved top

•Night clothes

•Leisure clothes, older ones as well as smart

•Full ankle socks

•Warm top, waterproof top

•Dirty washing bag

•No children to travel with money. All money to be handed into the group leader. Money needs to be in a labelled purse/money bag. Maximum £15. (£1 and 50p coins handy)

•All medicines to be handed into the group leader ie Travel Sickness pills PLEASE inform staff of any medical issues prior to the trip.

•NO MOBILE PHONES! Coin telephones on site.

•Breakfast – approximately 8am

•2 morning sessions

•Lunch – approximately 1pm

•Afternoon sessions

•Dinner – approximately 6pm

•Evening session

•Return to Chalet – approximately 9-9.30pm

•Bed – lights out 10pm

•Abseiling

•Aeroball

•Archery

•Climbing

•High ropes and zip wire

•Dragon boating

•Quad biking

•Problem solving

•Trampolining

•Fencing

• Three meals a day• Canteen• Hot options – including vegetarian• Salad/Soup/Bread• Desserts• Special diets

•Comprehensive insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses and loss of possessions (excess will apply)

•First Aid on site, nearest hospital, Cowes

•Security at entrance, Duty Manager on site 24 hours

• Children to arrive back on Monday 14th July, at between 4.30-5pm

• A text will be sent to confirm arrival time

• Meet in the staff car park

• The children are not expected into school on Tuesday 15th July
