ACCOMMODATION Your family and closest friends need not worry about transport home after yourspecial day either. A guide price is illustrated below for your information - this is based on 2 peoplesharing a standard double/twin room.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN LINE WITH INFLATION AND ANY VAT INCREASESWe guarantee up to 10 bedrooms on the night of your wedding subject to availability at the time ofbooking. These are available for your guests to book up until 6 weeks before your special day wherebythe unused allocation will be automatically released, prices thereafter cannot be guaranteed. On BankHoliday weekends, Sundays are charged at a Saturday rate. Check-in is from 3pm, a request can bemade upon booking for early arrival but cannot be guaranteed. Upgrades to Sea View rooms availablefrom £25.00 per room. All prices quoted include breakfast.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.Final confirmation of guestsAt the time of booking anticipated numbers attending must be conveyed to the venue. Final numbers and details are required no later than one month before theevent and should not be less than the minimum number agreed at the time of booking if no penalty is to be incurred. Once the final payment is made 1 month priorno refunds are applicable if numbers or requirements change.Invoicing and paymentsCheques are made payable to “Royal Bath”. Credit Card facilities are available but please note that a £2.50 charge is applicable for this service. Bookings made within60 days before the special day require a full payment at the time of booking.Cancellations or amendmentsIn the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the hotel will make every effort to re-sellthe facilities on your behalf. In the event of the Hotel being unsuccessful in the reselling the cancelled or amended booking, cancellation charges will be made as follows:

Food and beverage servicesThe Hotel reserves the right to withdraw bar services at their discretion. We recommend that you cater for 100% of your allocated evening guests for the buffethowever the minimum number required to cater for is 80% for the buffet. Any buffet food will be removed after 2 hours. From time to time certain products maybecome unavailable in circumstances beyond our control. In this instance we will ensure a suitable alternative is made available.DamageThe client is responsible for all allocated rooms during the period of booking. Any damage to the building, grounds, rooms or their contents incurred as a result of theclient or their guests, employees or representatives, acts, omissions or default will result in a charge to remedy such damage. We reserve the right to escort any guestsfrom the premises that, in the opinion of the management are causing disruption or damage.Health and SafetyThe client is responsible for ensuring all external contractors e.g. disco/bands are fully insured and can show proof of all health and safety documentation required bythe management of the Hotel. When providing your own entertainment, the Hotel will require copies in advance of their Public Liability Insurance. Please note thatwe cannot accept smoke or haze machines in the Hotel. The Hotel does not permit food or beverage refreshments of any nature to be provided by any other partythan Britannia Hotels.
