• Attending training programs as well as weekly and monthly Agency meetings

• Field training new people according to Agency Owner’s guidelines

• Inspecting the quality of business being written by yourself and your assigned Agents

• Increased residual income

OBJECTIVES• In collaboration with AO recruit and build

your first team. Each team should include at least 1 AD and 2-3 SAs supervising 1-6 Agents per SA.

• Outline detailed plans to add another team within 6 months

• Field train new Agents and SAs

• Work with ADs to help grow satellite locations

• Increased residual income

• Qualify for Convention based on your team’s results

Typically: 12-24 months
