Flight Search

Book, after you have logged in directly via the Flight Manager on the main menu:

Enter departure and arrival city, travel dates, number of passengers and desired

class of service.

Alternatively, call the Flight Search mask for bookings by clicking on „Book“ on the

header:

Flight / Fare Selection

Choose one of the flights offered at the fare of choice. You will have an overview on

the price condtions and the services offered:

For round trips you will be provided with the same information for the return journey.

Please select the flight and fare for the return flight now.

The fare overview shows you on the bottom field „Price Overview“ a summary of your

trip. You may amend your flights anytime.

The sopping cart on the right side also shows your selection.

If you have selected all requested flights click on „Continue“.

Flexible fares allow later ticketing after you have completed your reservation.

Your customer wants to use a flexible fare and needs more time? Please select

“secure your fare” to create a booking on hold.

The fare display shows prices including all applicable taxes and fees. Details can be

obtained by clicking the info button.

Service Fees

You can integrate the service fee that you collect from your customer into the price

information. Simply click on “Edit”:

Fill in the fee amount and click on „Apply“:

Please remember that the Service Fee is informational only and will be printed on the

booking confirmation for your customer. The travel agent is responsible for its

Service Fee. This applies especially for payment. LHGroup-agent.com charges

the customer only for the ticket price and services of LH Group airlines without

Service Fee.

Fare Notes

Fare rules can be displayed by clicking the respective field:

By clicking „Detailed Fare Conditions“ you will receive the fare notes in standard

ATPCO format:

Passenger Details

Passenger details can be entered after clicking „Continue“. Please have the customer

e-mail adress on hand. If you do not wish that LHGroup-agent.com contacts the

customer for flight information directly, leave the customer e-mail adress field empty.

In this case, you will be solely responsible to contact the customer for flight

information (i.e. schedule changes).

Payment

Different forms of payment are available depending on market. Besides fee free

forms of payments credit card payment is an option (chargeable). Service Fees will

not be collected! The payment for Service Fees must be processed outside

LHGroup-agent.com.

Please consider, that for Corporate Fares special forms of payment are agreed

between the airline and the corporate customer might apply. Please ask your

customer for details.

PNR Finish

Now close the booking by providing the customer with the Standard Terms and

Conditions, information on Dangerous Goods and Ticket Sequence which can be

obtained by clicking on the respective fields. Ask your customer for agreement to all

Terms and Conditions and finish by clicking on „Yes, book and pay for ticket“.

Your customer (if e-mail adress added) and the travel agency will now receive a

confirmation e-mail.

You now receive a seat map. Seats in green are available:

Some seats are available at a charge (green). Such charge will autmatically be

added to your shopping cart when seat is selected.

Corporate Fares on LHGroup-Agent.com

If you are requested by your customer to book corporate fares, please enter the

Access Code provided by your customer in the respective field on the flight search

screen. Please consider special payment options for corporate fares. Ask your

customer for details. Please do not book corporate fares without having the proper

form of payment confirmed with your customer-

You will now receive corporate fares –if applicable for the requested routing.

Alternatively published fares will always be displayed.

Some corporate fares are displayed in a separate column. Other fares are integrated

in the normal columns for the class of service requested. Those are highlighted with a

blue dot and explained with „Corporate rate“.
