Cigars with the Stars

Got a little cash to burn? Then check out this fabulous event, where the single-malt scotch and cigars will be flowing as you mingle with top industry insiders and athletes.

Bin 38

Bin 38 is a wine bar, which may seem incongruent with the Super Bowl, but they definitely throw a great party!

For $55, you get three glasses of wine or craft beers, full buffet access, and three separate screens to watch the big game on.

The doors open at 1, and the nearby bars will also be packed, so get there ahead of time so you don’t get lost in the crowd.

Elixir

It’s Elixir’s Tenth Annual Super Bowl party, and they’re giving back while having fun. Benefitting “Share Our Strength” and the fight against hunger, this party is perfect for the 49er fan on a budget.

$10 will get you a plate full of BBQ from the Cadillac Grill, as well as a raffle ticket putting you in the running to win some very cool prizes. Bacardi rum cocktails and Newcastle pints will be flowing to keep things interesting, so bring your friends and enjoy the great food in the perfect atmosphere for the big game.

Tailgate On the Bay

If you’re looking for something to hit up before the game starts, you’re going to want to go to Tailgate On the Bay, where former 49ers Eric Wright and Kina Turner are going to be gearing up for the game.

While it will cost you almost four hundred dollars, it’s a five-hour event where you’ll have the chance to rub shoulders with some very cool VIP guests. Post tailgate, you can stick around to watch the game on an HDTV as the official event ends and it becomes open to the general public.

Bottom of the Hill

Bottom of the Hill is having their 5th Annual Stupor Bowl Heavy Metal Chili Cook Off.

Partake in the heavy-metal themed chilis with your friends as you prep for kick-off time.

Twenty entrants will compete for the best chili (with the best heavy metal name) and will be judged by a panel of three judges. There are going to be awesome prizes for the winners!

Don’t want to head to a specific event? Check out Super Bowl City, and from there, wander through the streets of San Francisco. Polk Street, the Mission, and the Marina are all great neighborhoods to

check out if you want to bar hop (and if you’re craving the best burritos in the world, the Mission is an even better neighborhood

to check out).
