ORDERING: We accept Discover, MasterCard and VISA - plus checks and money orders via mail. Order online on our highly secure web-site. You can mail your order to our parent company ElectroShops, LLC - 2200 W. 66th St. #200 Minneapolis, MN 55423-2131, or fax your order (call for fax number). Please contact us for manufacturing time. Stock orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days - then add 3 to 5 days for UPS to get it to you.

Custom orders and large quantities may take 2 to 8 weeks. While we always try to indicate on the website when products are out of stock, occasionally stock may be depleted before your order can be processed. We will inform you of a back order status, estimate the shipping date and offer you a refund, if so desired. We have a minimum order requirement and will not ship any orders that are less than $100.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING: Our Free Shipping is available only on products with purchase buttons on our website. The standard free ground shipping is provided by UPS, FedEx or Common Freight Carriers. On some larger items, the driver may need assistance. For expedited shipping and for special handling (such as inside deliveries and/or un-boxing seating products), please call us toll free at #866-243-1001

SHIPPING DAMAGE: All shipments received by you that seem damaged, must be noted to the freight carrier, then refused and returned to the address on your shipping label for claim processing. You must report any damage claims immediately so that the party responsible for the damage can make amends. CinemaShop/ElectroShops will not be held responsible for any shipping damage and you may have to claim freight damage with your own insurance company, if you do not note it with the shipping carrier.

INITIAL DEFECTS: Initial product defects will be replaced or repaired within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the CinemaShop will not replace defective products - the manufacturer’s warranty is then in effect. Any and all problem products must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization”. To obtain an “RA Num-ber”, call us at #(866) 243-1001. If eligible, we will issue you an “RA Number” within 48 hours. If so instructed by us, products should be returned freight prepaid in the original shipping carton with the Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the shipping label. Do not write on the product box, as this will invoke a restocking fee for a damaged carton. Products shipped to us without a “Return Authorization” will not be accepted.

RETURN POLICY: There are no returns or refunds on custom manufactured products, including: all seating products; all poster cases, frames and marquees; all cinema signs; all metal theater decor products. CinemaShop/ElectroShops accepts product returns for refund (except for the products listed above) for 30 days after purchase date under the following conditions: Unopened products in perfect condition may be returned up to 30 days for a refund, minus a MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. The original box and packing must be included with any potential return. Any product not in perfect resalable condition is subject to at least a 15% restocking fee and may be more, depending on condition.

Once a product has been assembled or installed, absolutely no refunds are permitted - only defective exchanges will be permitted. Since we ship many products for free, any return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Also, any normal and expedited shipping charges (such as next day or 2nd day) are not refundable. WARRANTY: If any product sold by CinemaShop/ElectroShops fails within the warranty period, the warranty is between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. We will work with you and the manufacturer’s warranty center when you contact us. If a product we’ve sold you fails after the warranty period is over, we’ll direct you to the manufacturer for help.

CineStarPanels offer an optional on-board sound effects card that when combined with our iPad® / Android® control option and hooked to your audio system, the card produces environmental sounds such as summer nights, ocean breeze, tropical storm and more. Combine this with our accent lighting option and you can even have a dramatic storm that escalates to awesome thunder and lightning effects.

Installing multi-color remote control accent lighting around the star panel area adds dramatic impact, plus provides a splash of colored light to your ceiling. We can pre-install the light strips around the upper panel perimiter to glow from the ceiling area around the starfield. We can also pre-cut and solder the strips to attach to your cove below the starfield area, with accent lighting facing up and into the panel, to create the illusion of a horizon in the sky, bathing the outer edge of the panel area. This creates a fabulous sunrise and sunset effect, especially using blue and red skies. We can also provide you with cove and accent lighting for other parts of your room, which can work off the same remote control system.
