On your booked date we will meet at 10 am(10 in 

the morning) at the pier in Forsand 

The adress is: 

Forsand pier (close to: Gnr 41 Bnr 11, 4110 

Forsand) By local bus from Tau (ferry harbour) Bus 100 to Jørpeland (end station:Jørpelandsvågen) 

then Bus 108 to Forsand kai

The guide has to leave without you if you are not on time and did not reached out to us about

The duration of the kayak tour on water is in total around 4-6 hours.  

In Norway it can happen a fast change of weather conditions, even in the summer. 

So please bring: 

● Mountain boots/outdoor shoes hat can handle some rain (or in addition neoprene shoes  

● Wind and waterproof pants and jacket 

● Thermo longsleeve such as Wool sweater or Fleece, hat and gloves in case you 

are getting cold easliy 

● 1 extra pair of socks   

● A backpack with a 1 set of extra clothes. (In case you got wet) 

● bottle of water/drink 

● A plastic bag to pack eventually wet cloth after the tour

In your tour included is:  

● Up to 6hr guided kayak trip into the Lysefjord ● 1-2 experienced outdoor guides 

● single -/ or double sea kayak 

● All kayak equipment such as life jacket, paddle, wetsuit… 

● In case you booked our Fjord Lunch packet in addition you will receive it from us 

before we start the tour 

 

 

WEATHER CONDITIONS 

Due to weather conditions, the trip may be rescheduled to another day or 

cancelled on short notice .  

In such case, we will send you an e-mail and text message to the mobile phone 

number you provided us. 

So please check your phone and emails the evening before the tour.  

Make sure your phone is on , and in mode to be contacted by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If client cancel before tour start, the following refund will apply: 

○ 25% of the deposit is non-refundable  

● If you have paid 100 % in advance the following refund rates will apply:  

○ More than 4 weeks (30 days) before departure date: 75 % of any balance paid will be refunded. 

○ 29 or fewer days prior to departure we can not refund! ○ Once the tour has started there is no possibility for rescheduling. We reckon a 

tour or a rental as started at the given start time.

Repairment and insurance of kayaks 

Little to normal damage like scratches on the boat or paddle are covered in your rental. In case a 

kayak or the equipment will be have higher damage due to misuse and wrong handling of the 

equipment we will send you a bill about the repairment for it. 

You have to take care to have an heatlh insurance for yourself, by yourself. 

We won't pay for any harm you take when you, due to own risky behavior and not respection the 

guides reccomendations or when are on your trip alone!
