C02 Pre‐Treatment (Cleaning)CO2 Pre‐Treatment is a new automated cleaning process used in place of conventional power washing systems

Results in embrittlement of the contamination through rapid cooling and material shrinking

Detachment of the contamination occurs due to the transmitted forces of pressure and shearing

Introduced in Germany as a lower cost & environmentally neutral way to clean parts when compared to conventional power washing systems

Utilizes less floor space and has a lower cost of operation when compared to conventional power washing systems and eliminates the need for dryers

Approved by automotive OEM’s such as BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen (Interior / Exterior)

EFI has installed CO2 Pre‐Treatment systems at both of it’s facilities (Asheboro, NC / Spartanburg, SC)
