Production and Manufacturing

HollySys owns a production facility of 30,000m2 in

beijing, china, with three industrial-grade and safety-

level electric assembly lines for circuit boards, based

on an annual production capacity of 1-million circuit

boards. from raw materials to finished products ready

for delivery, HollySys strictly adheres to every process

indicator. the production facility can produce and

manufacture automation products including Sil4 safety-

level products and intrinsic safety-level products, such

as dcS, plc, SiS and signalling system.

HollySys has assembling facilities in Hangzhou and

beijing, china, with ability to assemble over 20,000-

set cabinets per year. HollySys is also capable of

assembling cabinets in Singapore and india.

notably, in Hangzhou, china, the production &

testing floor has 800 testing & assembly stations for

cabinets. it adopts efficient management based on

industrial process standards, undertakes production &

manufacturing, performs quality inspection, as well as

prepares for transportation and shipment of automatic

control systems.

Research & Development

HollySys has r&d centers in beijing, Xi’an and

Singapore with over 800 r&d staff, capable of

developing automation system, including Sil4 safety

products and intrinsic safety products. we own

independent intellectual property rights on the core

products in industrial automation (control systems

the r&d centers have well-equipped reliability

HollySys’ Hibridge meS system can help process

industrial users to:

a) integrate and manage all production information in a

unified platform. Staffs will have consistent timely updates on the production

situation, thereby enhancing the dispatching capability with daily reports generated automatically,

b) provide perfect production tracking & quality control module, as well as equipment management module. meS

accepts erp production order and segregates them to respective production units. the production statistics

information will be returned to erp from the various locations and analyzed to realize a balance consumption

of water, electric power, gas and air in the plant. this results in energy conservation and emission reduction.

simuPlant ots (prevent misoperation and accidents in production)

at present, 50% of failures and accidents in the production are due to misoperation by the operator, and 20% due

to control logic error. clearly it is vital to train operators on the otS system and verified logic before being put into

operation.

HollySys introduces a high-precision simulation system with a common Hmi as dcS, which reduces occurrence

of misoperation by operators. the configuration database is interchangeable between otS and dcS, and verified

before being put into operation. the otS can be adopted for trainings to reduce misoperation and ensure the

safety and stability of process.

haPC (advanced process control software with dynamic optimized performance)

Hapc automatically regulates complex loops of large lag and multivariable coupling. the control models are formed

based on experiences from numerous field applications, which evidently resulted in reduced loop regulation time

and energy consumption, increased regulation precision, and improved production efficiency.

hams (enhance maintenance efficiency for plant asset management)

a) integrates data acquisition and data analysis, thus providing a fast, convenient and unified management platform

for users.

b) monitors and diagnoses the field instrument status, provides initiative and predictive maintenance for instrument,

the lK plc consists of a set of hardware modules

intrinsic safety PlC for mining

the HollySys plc module for coal mines are able

to directly input alternating voltage and current,

directly acquire signals for three-phase voltage and

current, zero sequence voltage and current, leakage

resistance and insulation supervision. all of these can

be achieved without converting into standard signals

based on 4~20ma and 0~10V through a transmitter.

it can save on transmitting equipment while boosting
