Halal Institute Scheme is a product as well as process certifi cation confi rming traceability of complete food chain “from farm\factory to fork\consumer”. It does not only cover ingredient verifi cation but also includes process verifi cation of Manufacturing, Hygiene, Handling, Packaging materials, Packing, Storage, Transportation and Distribution.
