The ultrasonic measuring principle

• Two ultrasonic transducers send a sound signal in each direction through the water flow

• On the basis of the speed difference between the two signals the flow rate is calculated

LEAK or BURST indicates either a leak or a burst in the installation

REVERSE The water flows backwards through the meter

RADIO OFF The meter is in transport mode. The radio transmitter in the meter turns on, as soon as water has been measured
