The Jewell Moore SMSF Establishment Service isan intui�ve and simple way to get you startedwith your SMSF, including the prepara�on andregistra�on of all required documents to set upyour SMSF.

When establishing an SMSF you will need toprovide us with a Statement of Advice [SOA]from your financial advisor recommending theestablishment of a SMSF for you.

If you do not have a financial advisor we canarrange for a suitably registered financial advisorto work with you to prepare the SOA.

You may use your own financial advisor or wewill be happy to refer you to one of the financialadvisors that we currently work with. In all caseswe will work with which financial advisor isassis�ng you to ensure that the administra�onof your fund is fully compliant.

ESTABLISHMENT SERVICE

Se�ng up your SMSF is easy. Once you havedetermined that a SMSF is the right op�on foryou our team will take care of all the details inestablishing your SMSF. This includes thestatutory documents for the establishment ofyour fund as well as relevant tax registra�ons.

Current legisla�on requires that you seekappropriate advice about establishing your fund.We therefore require a copy of the Statement ofAdvice [SOA] confirming that this structure isappropriate for your circumstances. You canobtain a SOA from your financial planner or wecan arrange for a licensed financial planner toa�end to the SOA on your behalf.
