PCB markingLabelling of all PCBs with a unique serial number using fibre laser. The indelible marking allows 100% process monitoring and control (traceability) in production. In the event of a complaint, it allows the clear allocation of components to the process steps taken.

Paste printingFully automatic in-line paste printer. PROACTIV technology makes it possible to produce reliable prints of even tiny component connections (approx. 200 µ) - essential for placing components down to construction form 01005.

TestingTesting material setup in house. Our own testing material setup means that, in most cases, the design of test materials can be carried out directly in house, for example for in-circuit tests (ICT). This saves time and money on the project. In the event of problems, direct access to the development team is available, allowing downtimes to be kept to a minimum.

SPIAutomatic 3D inspection of the printed image with OK/NOK sorting. The volume representation of the solder quantity significantly increases process reliability and the connection quality of the components with the PCB, especially in cases of very small components.

PlacingPlacing in in-line or stand-alone mode. Depending on the batch size, the appropriate choice of system allows the best placing cost ratio to be achieved.

Reflow solderingIn-line vacuum soldering on demand. The use of vacuum technology allows shrink holes and voids to be reduced to less than 5%. This means that the soldering points are highly reproducible, offer improved thermal connectivity and increased shut-down stability.

AOIAutomatic Optical Inspection. Recognition of soldering errors, misplaced and rotated components and incorrectly positioned parts. With this method, errors are detected before the actual final test, so that the PCBs affected can be removed or (if permitted) reworked - which clearly boosts productivity.
