1. NSDC STAR-scheme – We provide the STAR-scheme program for the students by

joining hands as smart partnership with the following partners:

THIYAGARAJAR EDUCATIONAL TRUST – SALEM.

2. COURSEWARE DEPARTMENT – Preparing subject oriented college CD ROMs in

association with MEJESTOME and distributing to various parts of TamilNadu and

Pondicherry.

3. TRAINING DEPARTMENT–We offer soft skill and corporate training for college

students and corporate sectors.

4. REGULAR COURSES– Offering short term technical courses for the students and

providing placements in various industries.

5. SOCIAL SERVICES – Offering motivational and personality development classes for

Government school students, Self Employed Groups and Seva Centres.

6. We have also made steps to collaborate with the Corporate Organizations to shake

hands in the CSR Project.

7. We are accompanied with Central Bank of India, Pondicherry for opening the bank

accounts under JAN DHAN YOJANA, which is launched honorable Prime Minister Mr.

- Completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering. And he started his career in VibroMech Engineering Pvt Ltd., company as a Quality Engineer. And he extended his job role as designer in Hindustan National Glass in Pondicherry. His passion brings him in training field so he joined as a trainer in PMSSS from the Year 2013-2014. And he had undergone many training programs and professionally well trained as a Corporate trainer as well as Business Administrator.

Operations Manager – G.Aroul Dhase B.Tech (CSE):

- Mr.G.Aroul Dhase started his career in Sutherland as a customer care Executive. He became self motivated in certain aspects of working principle then he started his own business in the field of Advertisement. In this profile he flourished but even though he always had an idea of servicing the people in terms of Education and he started his new career as a trainer in NSDC STAR-Scheme in Pondicherry Multipurpose Social Service Society (PMSSS). Due to his excellence in the field of training he was promoted as the Project Co-Ordinator. Joining hands with Mr.G.Senthil Murugan he became the Operating Manager in Centre for Employment Training.

Business Development Manager - I.Anbarasan M.Sc(Software Engineering) - Mr.I. Anbarasan completed his Master degree in M.Sc [Software Engineering ], in Annamalai university, Chidambaram. While pursuing the degree program he worked as a customer care executive in Mphasis, Pondicherry ( Airtel Process). After the completion of the degree joined as a marketing manager in Bajaj Allianz, Pondicherry. Later on he extended his carrier as a CCE trainer in Pondicherry multipurpose Social service society for NSDC project .He started his career in CET as BDM.

Business Development Manager - Mr.J.Pragatheeswaran B.E(ME)

- Mr.J.Pragatheeswaran entered the society as a Junior Apprentice Trainee in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation for a period of an year. Then due to his passion of travelling he joined ENMAS O&M power plant as a Supervisor. He, as he had a passion for travelling, he had a passion for teaching in a pragmatic way. He joined PMSSS as a trainer for NSDC-STAR Scheme Program. His dedicated work was recognized and he got himself engaged with Centre for Employment Training as Business Development Manager.

Office Manager - P.Balachandar B.Tech(ECE) :

- Mr.P.Balachandar initiated his career as Chief Assembler and Dispatch Co-ordinator, in LENOVO India Pvt Ltd., then he switched over to TVS Fasteners Pvt Ltd. As Dispatch Co-Ordinator. Later his Co-Ordinating skills helped him to become a Trainer in PMSSS for NSDC-STAR Scheme, where he proved his abilitiy and got more credits for his excellence. To explore his inner talents even deeper, he joined Centre for Employment Training.

Project Coordinator Cum Faculty – V. Gowri B.A.(English)

- Ms.Gowri has worked for CET since april 2014 as a Project coordinator. She is specialized in soft skill, retail and telecom Training. She worked as a teacher in Kothari vidyaMandirbetween the period 2010 to 2012.She got inspired by soft skill training and she provided personality development classes for school and colleges. From the year 2013 to 2014 she worked as a trainer in Pondicherry Multipurpose social service society. She completed her graduation in B.A English and Diploma in Teacher Education.

Project Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer - Ms.Sarathi B.Tech(CSE)

- Ms.Sarathi began her career as Customer Care Executive in Mphasis India Pvt Ltd for a period of an year. Through her initiation as CCE she developed her communication skills in both Voice and Non-Voice supports. After that she switched over to HR field recruiting the talented individuals in an Organization named Imperial Infotech Solutions for almost 6 months. She got inspired in communication and so she joined PMSSS as a Trainer.

Her excellence in communication was imparted to students during her session. Her skill in the communication was acknowledged by Centre for Employment Training and she was engaged as a Corporate Trainer.

Administrator - V.Rajeswari B.A.(English):

- Ms.Rajeswari implemented her career starting in the field of Data Entry Operator in Pondicherry Multipurpose Social Service Society (PMSSS). Due to her hard-workmanship she managed to get the Office Administrative works. She got recognized in her work excellence as a good Administrator and in the field of Data Management. For her excellence and dedicated working, Centre for Employment Training engaged her to be a part of the Organization as Administrator.

Project Coordinator Cum Faculty – G. Anitha Devi B.Sc (Maths):

– G. Anitha Devi completed her graduation in B.sc Mathematics and Diploma in teacher education. She is specialized in CCE training and soft skill training. She started her career as teacher in Tiny Pearls School. Her passion brings her in training field and she professionally trained the students in Pondicherry Multipurpose social service society. Currently she works as a project coordinator in CET.

Project Coordinator Cum Corporate Trainer – K. Ram Kumar B.Tech(ECE)

– Mr.Ramkumar has been working as facilitator for Center for employment training. He served as a Chief Assembler for LENOVO India Pvt., between the period 2012 to 2013. By his own interest he extended his job role as SEO Developer. And he is strong in communication and managing quality so he started to train the students in job oriented skills. Being a trainer he worked in Pondicherry multipurpose social service society. He started to serve in CET as a trainer and soft skill facilitator since 2014 April.
