An Apostille stamp is required for all the documents (except from the passports) in order for the documents to be accepted by the Santorini Town Hall. This is valid for all countries that

have signed the Convention of Hague, October 5th 1961.

Important Notes:

We would like to inform you that your birth certificates will kept on file at the Santorini Town Hall. We suggest you obtain, from your authorities, a new birth certificate if you do not want

to relinquish your original birth certificate.

All the documents should be sent to us by e-mail, no later than 30 days prior in order for the documents to be translated and pre-approved by the Santorini Town Hall.

It is required to register your marriage at the Santorini Town Hall, working hours are Monday- Friday from 9:00 until 13:30. If the marriage take place on the weekend, registering of the

marriage will need to take place on Monday morning.
