a registered non-profit organization, which has been operating  in South Africa since 1983

The core is based on self-development. The programme consists of skill development,

physical recreation, community service and the adventurous journey.

Empowered youth can make considered choices. To reach the different goals for the youth to

receive their bronze, silver or golden award, we organizes a camp on a yearly basis.

FIF, a subsidiary of YEA, focuses on families with children between 0 and 6 years old.

FIF is a project of FCW, the Western Cape Foundation for Community Work. FCW supports the FIF employees by trainings and materials.

Homevisits to get the children at the same level as children that goes to a creche.

Youth Empowerment Scheme is an intervention programme for youth at risk developed by the National Institute for Crime Prevention and Reintegration of Offenders (NICRO)

8 sessions with different themes Each session starts with an icebreaker and

goes on with a variation of games and discussions.
