provided by the City of College Station Parks and Recreation Department meet all exemptions to the legislation

• Must be evidenced through an approved Standard of Care Ordinance

Focus of Ordinance

Specific to Parks and Recreation:• Staffing responsibilities – designate hierarchy• Ratios – better than industry standards– Standard = <20 youth – 1 staff– CSPARD = 15–1 @ Lincoln Rec. Center; 10-1 @ SWCC

(ratio depends on age, location, and activity)• Training and Discipline – updating current staff

and parent manuals
