DEFINITIONS

Stable: Any medicalconditionorrelatedconditionincludinganyheartconditionoranylung condition(whetherornot thediagnosishasbeendetermined)

forwhichtherehave been:

> Nonewtreatment,newmedicalmanagement,ornew prescribedmedication;and

> Nochangeintreatment,changein medicalmanagement,orchangeinmedication; and

> Nonewsymptomor finding,morefrequentsymptomorfinding,or moreseveresymptomorfindingexperienced;and

> Nonewtest resultsor testresultsshowinga deterioration;and

> Noinvestigationsorfutureinvestigationsinitiated,orrecommendedforyoursymptoms;and

> Nohospitalizationor referralto aspecialist(madeor recommended).

Changein medication: Theadditionofanynew prescriptiondrug ,the withdrawalofany prescriptiondrug,an increasein thedoseof any

prescriptiondrugora decreas einthedos eofaprescriptiondrug.

Exceptions:

> Anadjustmentin thedosageofinsulinorCoumadin(Warfarin),ifyou arecurrentlytakingthesedrugs;

hasbeendetermined),if atanytime inthe 90daysbeforeyoudeparton

yourtrip,your medicalconditionorrelatedconditionhasnotbeen stable.

2 Yourheartcondition(whetheror notthediagnosishasbeen

determined),ifat anytimein the90 daysbeforeyou departonyourtrip:

a) anyheartconditionhasnot beenstable; or

b) you havetakennitroglycerinmorethanonceper weekspecificallyfor

thereliefof anginapain.

3Yourlungcondition(whetheror notthediagnosishasbeendetermined),

ifa ta nytimeinthe90da ys beforeyou departonyourtrip:

a) anylung conditionhasnotbeenstable; or

b)you havebeentreatedwithhomeoxygenor takenoralsteroids

(prednisoneorprednisolone)forany lungcondition.

Thisinsurancedoesnotpayfor anyexpensesincurreddirectlyor indirectly
