Fiber Test Preparations
• Kuraray Contract SCSF-78MJ; (410cm -0/+4)cm 780,590 fibers; maybe too few?
• First article tests: A. Semenov’s talk (next)
• New Fibers QA protocol Attenuation length: (a few % of fibers)
• use photodiode/PMT, measure current• use spectrophotometer for select cases• setup upgrades: parts; manual scan, eventually automatic
Photoelectrons: 90Sr; SiPM/PMT, manual scan, auto in future Anchor back to Kuraray’s results on attenuation length
