1. To aid Installation, label and remove drawers. To remove drawers: pull out draws to full extent, on the underside you will find 2 clamp-release clips. Press both of these simultaneously so they clip and lift up and out. The drawers should easily remove from the runners. Store them in a safe place where they will not get damaged.
2. Check that the unit will fit into the location. On timber studded walls, mark the positions of the studs, so to be able to fix the unit to these later.
3. Line up the unit so that the units waste chamber aligns with the corresponding plumbing. Holes for waste outlet through the back are not pre-drilled. This outlet is left to the discretion of the plumber. Mark where unit is to be installed.
4. Mount unit by screwing through any part of the back of the unit into the wall, ensuring contact to studs.
5. Ensure Corian is right way up. Silicon to secure and mount permanently. Addtional Silicon is also required on the edge of the vanity where the Corian meets the tiles/ wall. If wall to wall, all four edges require Silicon.
6. Place the drawers back in unit. to do this, fully extend the drawer runner and place drawers on the guides, when pushed closed these should click together and run smoothly. If the drawers do not click together or don’t run freely, remove and repeat the step.
7. Ensure the vanity is installed level; as this will effect the alignment of the drawers.
• Prior to installation it is important to inspect the vanity to ensure no damage has occurred in transit. If damage has occurred, or a visible defect exists, do not proceed with installation and advise supplier immediately. No warranty claim for damage will be accepted if the vanity is installed.
• It is recommended that the Vanity Top is protected during installation
Please Note: Manufacturer will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of the vanity and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation.
