Pr. Chief Executive Director/Chief Executive Director Wullar Conservation and Management Authority WUCMA, Silk Factory Road Rajbagh. In case of public holiday on the date of opening of the bid, the same will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. 3.Bids must accompany cost of tender document in the shape of demand draft in favour of Executive Engineer Water Management WUCMA, and earnest money in shape of CDR/FDR pledged to Executive Engineer Water Management WUCMA. The bids for the work shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of bids. 4.In case the cost of lowest; bidder is found below the advertised amount the bidder has to deposit an additional security performance in the shape of CDR/FDR at the time of issuance ofaward of contracfjo hp turj^al per below details:-1.
