ZANDSPRUIT OPTIONS
Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate provides 161 bush stands as well as 38 aero stands along the 1000 meters hard-
surfaced private runway. Architectural guidelines will apply to all houses, guaranteeing a home to suit every need and
taste, whilst ensuring continuity and coherence. The allowed styles are Traditional Farmhouse, Thatch, and Modern
Pavilion, which caters for individual preferences, as well as optimising each stand’s unique qualities and features.
The 650 hectares of Wilderness Area will provide for a natural, untouched environment for all the free roaming plain’s
game, such as giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, kudu, waterbuck, warthog, impala, duiker, bush buck and various other
smaller animals. Zandspruit Estate is not part of a Big 5 area, which ensures a safe and carefree living environment for
the whole family.
The Wilderness Area is the ideal place for game drives, cycling and walking. Several unique features are provided for,
such as bird hides, walking trails and various exciting sundowner spots and viewing points.
The Wilderness Area is only accessible to Zandspruit Bush & Aero Estate owners.

Situated within the Kruger to Canyon Biosphere, Zandspruit Estates is within close
proximity to many natural and man-made wonders.
The Blyde River Canyon, the biggest living, and third largest canyon in the world is on
your doorstep and offers a host of adrenalin sports such as kayaking, tubing, abseil-
ing, river rafting and quad biking.
Golf enthusiasts will delight in teeing-off at the Drakensig Golf Course, a mere 2kms
away. The famous Hans Merensky Golf course in Phalaborwa, is less than an hour’s
drive away.
The Big 5 roam less than 70 km away in the Kruger National Park (Orpen gate). Even
closer are the Associated Private Nature Reserves which consists of wide variety of
privately owned reserves and lodges.
The Kapama Endangered Species Breeding Project and Moholoholo Rehabilitation
Centre are a leisurely 20 minute drive away from your new home.
Zandspruit offers you the choice of peaceful relaxation and game viewing from the
privacy of your own verandah, meeting up with family, friends or neighbours for a
braai at the bush camp, sundowners in the wilderness area or venturing out and
about, heading for one of the many local attractions.
