The traditional technique of Indian Beaders is our Vision of India when Art meets Fashion.
Zari Design Studio is in the business of Embroidery Design Development creating specialized and customized hand embroidery for Premium Luxury Brands.
We create embroidery and convert the visions of Designers into reality.
From Haute Couture to Prêt à Porter, our embroidery is worked on fabrics which are often supplied by our Clients or can be sourced by us.
We can work on Designers Bridal Gowns, Dresses, Jackets, Tops, Fashion Accessories, Luxury Home Furnishing, Motifs, Book Covers, etc.
Zari Design Studio is an Ethical Trade that bans labour child and ensures social compliance and welcomes Client audits.
Our quality control carries out shipment quality control checks at every stage of production, to ensure that our Client receives a perfect product.

Zari Design Studio looks forward to receive inputs from Design-ers to create a customise collection of embroideries based on their inspirations and colour palettes.
We believe in being creative, quick-witted and work vigorously to ensure that the Designer is completely fulfilled on the creative front.
Zari Design Studio has a creative studio with a qualitifed creative team of embroidery designers who independently create new swatches.
Fabric sourcing by us include Georgette, Chiffon, Taffeta, Silk, Satin, Velvet, Tulle, Cotton, Indian Laces, etc…
We carry out AzoFree dyeing only to any color matching Pan-tone Guides indicated by clients. We use universal Pantone Color Formula Guide to maintain the color consistency of fabric lots. At an additional cost, we offer the sevice of AzoFree Certi-fication from InterTek which tests all production fabrics for Azo compounds.
We source rare materials for our clients to develop distinctive materials on a need basis.

The Studio is supervised by experienced Designers.
We are closely involved with the Studio to ensure quality swatching for our clients.
The Design Studio is always abuzz with perceptive attentions that accurately incorporate client feedback and inputs, new materials, new techniques, etc..., making sure that we are always a step ahead of the competition.
This is the pillar of our Company.
The Studio has several skilled artists to make our paper patterns based on the designer’s paper patterns and artwork. They are well qualified to adjust the graphics according to the sizes, and to adjust the sizes for shrinkage.

Each and every piece of hand embroidery, once complete, goes through a careful and conscientious check for repairs of dropped beads, check for shrinkage, check on paper pattern, with every determination made to reach zero defect supplies.
Our packing and dispatch team see to the perfect packaging and dispatch of our clients orders.
We are the best in the industry, we are devoted workers who understand the timelines and commitments of this industry.
We directly coordinate with our clients. In conjunction with the Studio, we work through various price points with our clients, submitting changes in embroidery techniques in order to meet price targets.
Our Financial and Administration Team are well qualified to manage all the paper work related to the export of our con-signments, and functioning of our organization.
PROCESS
Paper patterns are first set by our technician from the artwork field.
The design is then cautiously perforated with a fine needle, and so the stencil is prepared.
The base fabric is overextended on a wooden embroidery frame, which the stencil is stamped with a white powder.
The fabric is now complete for embroidery, which can be performed either with a crochet hook which is called “Aari” work or with a regular sewing needle known as “Zardozi”.

From sourcing fabrics and materials, to dyeing fabrics for each collection, to embroidering the samples, we are quali-fied to take every sample over its logical flow very rapidly.
Samples that get selected for client sales, then go through size set, press orders and duplication to iron out any potentialproduction.
