Isaiah 30 vr. 18“And therefore will the LORD wait, that

he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him”.

Ezekiel 14 vr 22,23 “Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it.

A Type of David’s Reign

First ~ reigned in Hebron over Judah (II Sam. 5v3)

Then ~ Reigned over All Israel from Jerusalem.

The Reign of Christ : Eze 37:24 And David my servant shall be king over

them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.

Zec 14:9 And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

“…the spirit of Grace and Supplication”

Ps 84:11 ‘the Lord God is a Sun and a Shield; the Lord will give grace and glory.’ He will reveal Himself in the Son of Righteousness, and be also a shield to His nation; this is a revelation which will be productive of a spirit of grace (favor) and a spirit of responsiveness to the goodness and graciousness of Yahweh. The humbled state of the Jews when the guilt of rejecting the Messiah has been brought home to them will make them fit for the gift of grace.”

“Look upon Me…”The mourning and consequently the conversion of Israel only begins after they LOOK upon Him whom they have pierced. Israel isn’t converted by the mourning, or by the 2/3rds destruction mentioned in the next chapter, but rather by the imprints of the wounds still visible on their Messiah.

It is the sight of the visible wound marks on His hands that converts the natural Jew!

Latest Population Figures for Israel

On the eve of its 61st Independence Day, the country’s population stands at 7,411,000, according to figures released by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). Some 5,593,000 of the population (75.5 percent) are Jewish Israelis, 1,498,000 (20.2%) are Israeli Arabs and the remaining 320,000 (4.3%) are immigrants and their offspring who are not registered as Jews by the Interior Ministry, including some 200,000 foreign workers.
