Green City Project

Skylite has started a project to shift all the load of Rabwah’s electricity into the solar panel. It
will help to keep the environment clean. This new Green City Project has been started to shift the power and energy needs of Rabwah on the solar system to keep the environment of Rabwah pollution free, neat and clean.
Salt mine project
Salt mine project is directed by DR. Khalid NOORI (Gold medalist cardiologist) (Sitara Imtiaz Pakistan). The purpose of this project is, to give clean and healthy atmosphere to people by adding mine salt in cement. As we know that to inhale this mine salt is very healthy. When people will construct or build their houses they would add some salt in cement which would prevent people from many diseases.

In the past there were no too big organizations, these comprised on little strength of employees. Today is the era of industrialism and manufacturing units. Hundreds of employees working in a single organization, it is not possible to keep all the biodata of each employee in a safer way. All big employment provider organizations have HR departments to deal all the employees efficiently. There are multi-dimensional tasks to perform by the HR department of any company, variations in the role of HR due to the nature of the company, but the basic functions of every HR manger are quitesame. In the small organizations the person HR manger have to perform all the tasks relevant to administration, management and finance. The trend is reshaped, now HR emerged as separate discipline and deal with its specialized operations. HRMS of Skylite Networks used to perform multiple tasks, in short it is multi task software designed to use all the work of HR Management digitally and electronically.
Step 1 Online Applicant Assessment
When any aspirant want to apply in your company, the Work of HRMS of Skylite starts to deal with and perform its duty as a software. You can make it as Plugin on the homepage of your official website. You have to facilitate your users by providing them with the button of “Apply Now”
When users click the button of “Apply” then they have to fill following form like;

Date of Birth; …………… Date Month Year Applicant have to fill all the boxes on the screen.
Address; ……………… You have to provide your City and Block No# etc.

Supporting Document; …………. That selection for the supporting document usually last degree, it also can be shields diplomas and achievements.
Submit; ……….. If you fill above all the categories then you need to submit your request to The HR of company by clicking “Submit” button.
Step 2 HR Initial Assessments
When the applicant submit his online application to the company, the second stage of HRMS starts with HR initial assessment. The HR Manger receive the Application and download
the CV and the relevant documents. HRMS facilitate HR department to work digitally and electronically. After clicking the Submit button an email automatically generate to the HR department. After basic assessment HR Officer move this file to concerned department manager.
Step 3 Department Manager Initial Assessment for Interview
Our HRMS not only create interlink between the Applicant and HR department, it is complete process which also provide access to the manager of the relevant department. Now the manager make his evaluation by checking his CV. If the Manger considered applicant have accordance with our need he pass to HR department with his recommendations. Our HRMS also provide the box for manger’s suggestions.
Step 4 Interview Call
After the recommendations of the department manager, if the recommendations in the favor of the applicant then HR call the applicant for the interview. Interview will be conducted in the front of HR Manager, HR Officer and the Department Manager. In that stage our HRMS provide 2 boxes first for manager of the relevant department and second for the HR department to Notice when and where interview. After all the procedure HR have to click on the button “Call for interview” then automatic email generate to applicant.
Step 5 Assign Training
In the step of “Assign Training” the HR Department assign the evaluation task and training to the applicant. HR officer also need to enter starting and end date of the training. When the duration of training time will complete, Our HRMS generate automatic email to department manager for further action.
Step 6 Training completed
When the evaluation period completed the HRMS generate to manager of the department for evaluation report. Then HRMS also provide Evaluation Form to the manager department to fill and move to HR Department.
Step 7 Confirm for Job OR Reject
Now the last stage of the recruitment category of the HRMS, if the performance of the applicant in the training duration is good then HR Manager has two choices 1st“Confirmed” for job 2nd“Reject”. If the Evaluation Attached by manager of the department support to the applicant then HR click on the button of Confirmed for the job, if he couldn’t prove himself for the job then he has to reject the applicant by clicking on the button of Reject. In both conditions either Confirmed for job or Reject, an email will automatically generated by our HRMS to the applicant.

I did creative work for the iRabwah and iRabwah classified; I made 4 of descriptions of iRabwah and 2 for Classified.
I create 23 slogans for the iRabwah And 6 for the iRabwah Classified. I Edit 2 of the Texts for the employee of the month June. I specially performed filtration duty in which I pointed out blunders, Caption,
Title, keywords and forward them to Assistant Manager and The Manager of my department.
Assigned and edit all the news stories and articles on daily base. Training of new employee. Assigned the topics to those employees, not having access to our websites and
then edit them and then publish them. Check the daily reports of the team. Update the record of the team members by soft copies as well as by link. I wrote one of the leading stories, British wife found dead in the bathtub. Training of new employee on daily based. And publish the entire article written
by new employee. I also working on Technical Writing, I made research on the HRMS. Writing HRMS Documentation for development Department. Action on QC Report. Improved the Quality of caption, by work on it.

Culture of Ghana is also called as Ghanaian and the alternate name of this culture is Republic of Ghana.Ghana is a country of 24.6 million people, including dozens of native folkloric groups, such as: The Akan’s in the Centre and South of the country, The Ga and Adangbe in, around and east of Accra, the Gaung People in the rain forest, The Dagombas, Mamprusi and related peoples in the North, the Gurunusi Language speaking peoples in the far North, the Gonjas in Northern Area.
Ethnic Make-up: Akan 45.3%, Mole-Dagbon 15.2%, Ewe 11.7%, Ga-Dangme 7.3%, Guan 4%, Gurma 3.6%, Grusi 2.6%, Mande-Busanga 1%, other tribes 1.4%, other 7.8% (2000 census).
Religions: Christian 68.8% (Pentecostal/Charismatic 24.1%, Protestant 18.6%, Catholic 15.1%, other 11%), Muslim 15.9%, traditional 8.5%, other 0.7%, none 6.1% (2000 census).

Linguistic Affiliation:Diverse sources give different figures for the number of languages of Ghana. This is because of different categorizations of varieties as either languages or vernaculars. Ghana's national language is English; it is the legacy of British lords. It is the main language of government and instruction.Ghanaians speak a distinguishing West African version of English as a standard form, involving such usages as chop (eat) and dash (gift). English is customarily a second language. Mother patois contain over sixty homegrown languages.

Ghanaian society is hierarchical. People are respected because of their age, experience, wealth and/or position. Older people are viewed as wise and are granted respect. In a group one can always see preferential treatment for the eldest member present. In spite of the pivotal role Ghanaian women play within family, communities and society at large, they do not occupy key decision-making positions in all sectors of economic, political and social life. far as public decision-making is concerned.opThe arts:Ghana’s arts include dance and music, plastic art (especially pottery and wood carving), gold- and silverwork, and textiles, most notably the richly colored, hand-woven kente cloth of the Akan and Ewe. Local and regional festivals celebrated throughout Ghana provide prospects for the display of ornamental art, clothing, andmainly and ceremonial regalia. The Enlightenment and the Ghana Culture Day:
14th March is a cultural day of Ghanaian’s.
Authorities say the day is to encourage “mainstreaming of the culture in national development.” This has been going on over the years – basically pandering the same thinking. From 14th March, till now, I was expecting something more illuminating from the cultural connoisseurs but what I read was the same old, same old rational. Why Ghana Culture Day? To restore Ghana/African cultural values that have been demeaned in the eyes of the world during colonialism and perpetuated by the lethargic Ghanaian/African elites and the fact that Ghanaian/African traditional values have not been integrated fully into mainstream intellectual and policy-making.
The Ghana Culture Day should naturally join the on-going enlightenment movement and find solid solutions to the question of how to polish such severely objectionable, deeply obdurate cultural practices that greatly undermine Ghanaians’ larger progress.Once again, in addition to the showcasing of traditional foods, exhibitions and performances, the Ghana Culture Day could use the occasion to discuss the deeper under-currents of the culture -
both the inhibitive parts and the enabling aspects - for the larger progress of Ghanaians. The game here is simply about progress. This is “moral obligation,” as Dr. Kwame Anthony Appiah would say, for the elites behind the Ghana Culture Day.
Etiquette and Customs in Ghana:1. Meeting Etiquette:
Traditional or native greetings vary amongst the various ethnic groups. With foreign person the most common greeting is the greeting with a smile. When shaking hands between themselves Ghanaians will hold the right hand in the normal manner but will then rotation and click each other’s middle finger.
1. Gift GivingEtiquette: Gifts need not be lavish; the thought is more important than the value. If invited to dinner at a Ghanaian’s home, you are not estimated to bring a gift.
2. DiningEtiquette: Ghanaians pleasure in entertaining in their homes and you should accept any invitation as a symbol of friendship.Costume well: Ghanaians place a lot of prominence on how people dress. You may need to remove your shoes

3. Meeting and Greeting:Handshakes are the most common means of greeting. It’s generally common to wait for a woman to extend her hand first.

Ghanaians are more indirect communicators. This means they take care not to relay information in any way that could cause issues, whether that be giving someone bad news, turning down an invitation, declining a request or any other such matter.
5. Business Meetings:Opening meetings are really all about finding out about one another and if a personality fit allows for future, more business specific meetings. One should therefore expect to spend quite a good deal of time

Association with football nearly is every Ghanaian have, the most widespread sport in the country. They have partaken in many championships comprising the African Cup of Nations, the FIFA World Cup and the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
