where comparisons end, results begin.
At Zehnder, we’re more than the sum of our parts. Founded in 1996 under the premise that great creative and brilliant
strategy need not be mutually exclusive, and we have since operated everyday with one simple, yet profound principle:
Be dedicated to our craft, but don’t take ourselves too seriously. That said, we are a talented and inspired team of artists,
thinkers, and strategists working hard to produce vibrant and sustainable results for a variety of clients. We’re musicians,
explorers, athletes, novelists, and techies. When combined, our personal pathways and passions afford us a distinct
understanding of what it means to communicate. This true union of right- and left-brain thinking led to enviable growth.
In addition to our original location in New Orleans, we now have offices in Baton Rouge and Nashville. Today, we are a
flourishing 70+ member team grateful for our continued success, yet enthusiastic about the future.
there’s a creative difference.
The way we see it, every client is an opportunity to do great work. And the work we’re known for is as inspired as it is
disciplined. Be it print ads, collateral pieces, TV spots, websites or logos, our work has been recognized all over the
world for its creative merit and ability to connect and engage audiences in unique ways; solidly establishing Zehnder as a
notoriously sharp, versatile, imaginative, and results-focused agency. That said, though, it’s not about the awards, rather,
it’s about the dogged pursuit of a crystal-clear strategy and pitch-perfect execution — it’s about results. And when it comes
to results, no one is as competitive as Zehnder. What makes us valuable to our clients is our superior idea generation and
innovation. Discovering new ways to persuade and compel — it’s essentially what defines us. And it dictates which in our
industry will survive. That’s it.

good listeners. great results.
No department embodies our work ethic more than Social Media. Anyone can chatter just to be heard, but when
relationships and results are paramount, it becomes all about listening and telling a compelling story to the world.
Garnering national press for its innovation, our Social Media efforts extend well beyond Facebook and Twitter. Using the
latest technology, we are able to track what others are saying about our clients, across all public internet channels. This
is the next wave in building a brand: truly understanding the public sentiment and responding with a succinct, genuine
message. We even went so far as to build a “command center” (think Mission Control meets Elvis’ 3-screen TV den). Aside
from looking cool, it provides us a centralized place to conduct real-time social listening and monitoring.
progressive yet personable.
Zehnder’s nationally acclaimed team of digital/interactive designers and programmers create marketing-driven solutions
on the cutting edge of industry technology. Of particular note, we’ve kept at the forefront of augmented reality concepts for
mobile apps, offering users a richer experience of their immediate surroundings. The designers take time to really get to
know our clients, using a two-stage process of discovery and planning to form a specific Technology Blueprint.
one team. endless opportunities.
What sets us apart from other agencies is our uncanny ability to connect with clients like family, and thus treat them like
we would our own— from understanding their dreams to nurturing opportunities and protecting their goals. Again, for
us it comes back to relationships and results. And frankly, it’s impossible to enjoy one without the other. Through a non-
traditional approach to Account Services, your relationship with Zehnder will grow from informal but organized meetings
with a range of representatives. Your assigned Account team will work directly with our designers and copywriters to
ensure a message that meets your objectives with a distinct flair. We believe that the difference between advertising
and art is discipline. That involves careful research, analysis and strategic planning, combined with good old-fashioned
creative brainstorms.

jeff zehnder – chief executive officer / strategist
Jeff has one mission—to change the advertising industry. The agency’s mission to “do
great work, make a difference, earn a fair profit, and have fun” has been Jeff’s mantra

an agency produces, and that everything we produce must deliver results. It is but one
reason that Zehnder boasts such a high client and staff tenure—a rarity in the industry.
Jeff also believes in innovating. At every opportunity, he has pushed the agency to test
new technology and to determine its place in our clients’ marketing efforts.
In addition to leading Zehnder, Jeff is actively involved in both industry and community.
In 2001, New Orleans CityBusiness featured Jeff in its Top 40 Under 40 issue, and the
Ad Club of New Orleans named him Ad Executive of the Year. Recently, Jeff was the
recipient of the American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal Award, which recognizes
