The 3R zero emission pyrolysis technology is providing added value recycling offood grade animal bone meal and low moisture content manure from herbivorous animals, - converted into refined bio-oil, high P content bone-char (biochar) natural fertilizer and liquid Nitrogen fertilizer. The output high value productscarbon negative reused as natural soil fertilizers and green energy environmentalapplications, such as transport quality bio fuel. The 3R has been developed under

the European Union FP5, FP6, FP7 and CIP-Ecoinnovationapplication oriented research schemes since 2002. The 3R is proven, demonstrated, validated and designed for full industrial scale with 20,000 t/y throughput capacity and ROI
