ZEUS is based on a smart driver architecture. It can manage durability tests as well as extreme R&D tests.

Upon opening, ZEUS can be adapted to all present and future bench equipment including : power drives, climatic chambers, cooling systems, etc. It is also an effi cient solution for partial refurbishment.

The fl exibility and performance of ZEUS allow it to change with future methodologies. This will allow for more complex testing procedures, robust databases, integration of HIL (Hardware In the Loop) real time models, etc.

The need: Purchasing a power cabinet or climatic cell is a hefty investment which, by nature, can’t be modifi ed much. Therefore you need to have the correct dimensions for your bench correctly from the beginning. For a passenger car, it can go up to 600 volts. With that, the manufacturer should look far ahead, provided they choose a robust, validated power drive.

Automation and simulation

ZEUS: three standards levels... and tailor made at your request

The need: Little by little, the concern about a batteries’ lifespan and reliability go hand in hand with improving its performance. This requires an extremely fi ne calibration of the ECU’s battery (BMS). It particularly involves energy management and managing the load profi le through numerous parameters, such as the number of kilometers the vehicle has already traveled. At this stage, simulation on the bench becomes indispensable.

Our solution: With our ZEUS multistage solution, you can expand your bench as your needs expand: from durability to high end applications.

ZEUS uses the performance of D2T MORPHEE Automation System. MORPHEE is installed on more than 2,500 test beds for 250 customers around the world.

It is especially well adapted to real-time simulation.

Test facility managementImproved performance doesn’t just involve the battery, but also management of the battery testing center. The latter becomes a complex organization dealing with a large amount of data. It requires a powerful, fl exible database from which every project will be drawn from.
