Welcome to the Zillow® Connector for Salesforce!

The Zillow® Connector for Salesforce is a tool to display Zillow® Zestimate® home valuations along with

other pertinent property and comparable information directly onto your lead, account, contact or any

other detail page.

How to use this Installation and Customization Guide.

This guide will describe the steps to get the Connector up and running with screenshots for reference.

1. Go to the following URL or search for the application on the AppExchange

Click on “Get It Now”

2. Choose the environment where you’d like to install the application.



3. Log in with your Salesforce credentials. Note that you must be a Salesforce Administrator to be

able to install packages from the AppExchange like the Zillow® Connector.

4. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions and Click “Install”



5. Review the package contents and click continue.

6. Although the package does not require API access, you still need to approve API access to

continue. Click “Next”.

7. The package is now ready to be installed. Click “Install”.

8. If the install was successful you will get an Install Complete message with a list of next steps.

9. Go to Setup->Customize->Leads

where you would like to add the

default Page Layout for all users or a specific user (such as Sales).

For the purposes of the demo we will select the default “Lead Layout”.

The package is now ready to be installed. Click “Install”.

10. On the page layout page (note we are using the new WYSIWYG facility) click and hold on the

“Section” field and place the section where you want to place the Zillow® Connector S-Control.



11. On the dialog box that pops up enter a title for the section (such as “Zillow® Information”) and

select a 1-Column Layout and deselect “Edit Page”.



12. Now drag and drop the Zillow® Connector S-Control for the Custom S-Controls section within

the section you just created. Then Click Save.

13. Now every time you navigate to a Lead detail page, the Zillow® Connector will pull the Zillow®

Zestimate® for that address along with other information. And you’re done!

14. You can repeat the same process for the Account or Contact page layouts. If you would like to

use the Zillow® Connector for another standard or custom object in your instance please contact
