ZmartBuild Wall Panel are steel reinforced (start from) 75 mmthick and are available in lengths of 1.50 m to 4.0 m ofwidth of 600 mm.

Lift the wall paneland push it toattach the column.

Check sizes and quantitiesof ZMARTBUILD WALL PANEL.

Clean ZMARTBUILD WALL PANEL and move tothe marked point.

Check wall layout to installin construction drawing.

Clean and mark the wall alignmentby using a chalk tape.

Mix thin-bed mortarand apply it onstructure column.

Insert a foam sheet between floorand top of the panel.

Check tools andequipment.


Continue install wall panels until the gap can beclosed by the end panel.

Use lever to lift ZMARTBUILD WALL PANEL until top of the panel reach the upper floor then insert a wood wedge under the panel.

Use steel angle to fasten the panel with floors on both upper and lower side ofthe panel by using steel plugs and screws.

Apply thin-bed mortar on side of the first panel then lift the next wall panel toattach and do the same as the previous steps.

Measure the gap and cutthe last panel to fit in theninstall it in place.

Fill the gap under the panels withsand-cement mortar.

Fill all gaps between each panel withthin-bed mortar, wait until the mortardry then rub with sandpaper #400.

How to moveZMARTBUILD WALL PANEL

There is no obstructionbesides of the truck.

Check the conditions of thepackaging to make surethat it will not fail whilebeing lifted in the air.

Insert soft belts underpallets at the designedpositions.

Lift wall panel to the loadingarea and then use hand lift tomove wall panel into thebuilding.

ZMARTBUILD WALL PANEL are designed and instructed to use for wall partition only.

Use for installating wall panel only. Please follow the steps in installation guide.Do not use wall panel as load bearing structure.Do not eat or breathe dust from cutting the product.

Finishing all gaps again with skim coat then rubwith sandpaper #200.
