Zoetrop Tutorial

• Step 1: Sketch a plan of your animation or choose an image already sketched.

• Step 2: Take your paper with the image and stick it on the black paper, then cut the frames and stick the two pieces, put the shapes carefully in order.

• Step 3: Shape a circle with the images by using adhesive tape, make sure that’s correctly sticked.

• Step 4: Cut out a circle of cardboard (it should have the same dimension as the first cylinder) then make a hole in the middle.

• Step 5: Put the circle in the first cylinder and stick it with a glue gun (be careful it’s hot!)

• Step 6: Take the wooden stick and put it in the cork circle

• Step 7: Put this wedge in the hole and stick the cork circle.
