We are Zureikat-Taylor, a new combined product of Premier Project Management Solutions and MCR Solutions.
As Premier Project Management Solutions specialised in MEP Project Management services and MCR Solutions experienced in Project Management and Commercial services, both parties joined forces in order to meet the requirements and challenges in today’s ever-changing construction industry.
After a careful study and consultations with the leaders of the current construction market, it was clear that the Project Closeout was the most challenging task, due to numerous reasons such as misunderstanding of the process, financial situation, priorities, complications and ability to perform due to external challenges of the company.

Progressive Review Approach
WebFM will co-ordinate the progressive review process using the OmTrak system.
• The System will manage the complete sign-off of all documentation.
•WebFM's Lead Consultant will;
•complete a review of the content at each milestone and report to the stakeholder, reviewers and
approvers of the potential delays and missing content based on the FMAIR specification.
•Facilitate milestone meetings and coordinate the technical review with the Consultants and client
representatives
•Work closely with the contractors to assure compliance of the handover as per the FMAIR
