As a solution to minimising the effects of load shedding , Zuvan has cost effective affordable lighting solution packages for:-
South Africa Homes/ households Developed specifically for South Africa, in conjunction with its technical partner, Zuvan is providing a very affordable solution to home lighting using an LED strip, a solar panel and other components. This package is very affordable and has been developed to provide electricity (lighting) to all types of houses including RDPs. There are different prices tailor-made to suit any particular dwelling. The pricing takes the number of rooms into cognisance. Zuvan also fits the lighting according to customer requirements. This package is aimed at all house holds/settlements and Zuvan is keen to implement it on a large scale in both Rural and Urban settlements. Other facilities/dwellings in which this LED technology is to be applied are: Schools, Universities Shops/Shopping Malls Clinics Hospitals Libraries Community Centres/Halls/Churches Street lighting powered by either Solar panels or a combination of Solar
panel—and-mini Wind turbine.

1. Mr Lovemore Mauled : Founder and CEO Lovemore (Freddie) Mauled is the Founder of Zuvan Renewable Power (Pty) Ltd. He is a Senior Exploration Geologist and Project Manager who graduated in Mining and Exploration Geology from Zimbabwe School of Mines in the year 2000. His experience includes extensive field exploration geology and exploration project management in a wide range of minerals and geological settings. His experience in the minerals industry covers Zimbabwe, South Africa and Liberia (West Africa) at a senior level in search of coal, gold, iron ore, limestone, tantalite, chrome and other minerals. He is currently based in South Africa and is a member of the Association of Zimbabwe School Of Mines (AZSM), Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA) and South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP). 2. Mr Solly Lebogo: Project Development A consulting Metallurgical / Production Technician by profession. Through his experience he assists production teams to achieve targets and continuously improve processes to achieve higher equipment availability and utilization. He has successfully trained metallurgical plant personnel on controlling and operating the plant and has SIC experience. Solly has broad experience in the mining industry in ore crushing, conveyor belt maintenance, milling, relining, thickening, filtration, cyanidation, CIP, CIL, elution, carbon regeneration, electro-winning and overall gold plant management. Solly is responsible for project development aspects in Zuvan Renewable Power (Pty) Ltd. .

3. Ms Nobom Mfabana: Director Stakeholder Relations Ms Mfabana has vast experience in the field of research, risk and institutional analysis. She has worked for the Development Bank of South Africa amongst various other organisations. Nobom is a holder of several qualifications some of which include a higher Diploma in Municipal Governance a Masters degree in Labor Studies (from University of Massachusetts) , a B. A. Honours in Political Science (1986) and a diploma in Public Relations. She has also been involved in conducting research work. Ms Mfabana’s expertise also includes immense liaisoning with various stakeholders such as Municipalities, government departments etc locally and internationally. She brings a wealth of experience to Zuvan. 4. Mr Mduduzi Madikane Mr Madikane is Zuvan Renewable Power (Pty) Ltd’s director responsible for the Cape Town province projects. He is a businessman in the Environmental , Infrastructure Development and Landscaping industry. He is the chief executive officer and founder of Buhlebezwe Environs and Turfs, a company that has carried out several projects for various clients/organisations in South Africa.
