Moving  Image  Final  Project.                              The  Clown  Job.  

 

Synopsis:    

The  short  piece  that  I  will  be  producing,  will  centre  around  the  story  of  4  characters.  The  Target,  played  by  Chris  Jervis.    

 

The  assassin  played  by  Roxane  Seymour.  

 

The  con  man  played  by  Joshua  Hobbs.  

 

And  the  man  who  holsd  all  the  cards,  played  by  Jake  Sanders.  

 

Also  a  post  man  played  by  Daniel  King.  

 

The  main  idea  behind  this  short  film,  is  how  a  bank  job  that  was  scored  several  years  ago  should  have  set  each  person  up  with  the  perfect  life  actually  doomed  them  all.  One  by  one,  each  

person  is  killed  and  the  money  collected  from  each  of  their  dead  corpses.    

Throughout  this  project  I  intend  to  follow  up  on  existing  styles  and  techniques  that  already  exist,  mainly  used  by  the  main  man  himself  Quinten  Tarrintino.  I  will  look  at  and  study  the  way  that  he  

applies  his  technique  and  will  try  my  hardest  to  emulate  that.  

Production  Schedule  -­‐  

November  -­‐  Begin  Planning.  

December  -­‐  Begin  Shooting.  

January  -­‐  continue  shooting,  add  in  some  editing.  

Feburary  -­‐  continue  shooting,  add  in  some  editing,  mix  and  boil  until  ready.  

May  -­‐  Hand  in  date.  

 

Resources  

Myself  and  Chris  Jervis  will  be  writing  the  script.  Mainly  an  hour  or  two  before  we  actually  begin  filming.  We  just  gel  when  talking  together  and  I  feel  as  though  this  is  the  best  way  to  come  up  

with  an  idea  and  film  it  almost  imediately.  This  technique  worked  out  perfectly.
