Feedback items (1)Item Location Urgency Suggestions

1. Logical flow Learn - Overview

Must-have by release

Need each section of learn-overview to logically link to either the next section or somewhere else on the page to provide an obvious flow.- News banner: link to news section of learn- Product Overview: link to explore and/or trial section- Features Galore: each corresponds to a screenshot in what’s

inside. On click, move to that screenshot and scroll page down- What’s Inside: each screenshot has a video showing the task

being executed. Take to the appropriate video in “Details”- A Closer Look: make sections based on type of info, not format of

content. Link to the following sections: Details, Reviews, Resources, Extend.

- Hungry for More: Have links to both explore and try

2. “News” banner doesn’t capture exciting new things about offering

Learn-Overview

Must-have by release

Add multiple items in boxes instead of making one list at the top, or change single item to “IBM Application Performance Management SaaS is now available”

3. No invitation to the beta, only shows up in pricing

Whole site Must-have by release

Mention it in the News banner of Learn-Overview, add beta details in the “Try” section

4. No place for Analyst reports on Overview page

Learn – Overview

Must-have by release

Find room for it in the News banner, link to Explore – reviews.

5. Organization of information is not intuitive: videos section does not make sense

Learn Must-have by release

The sections should capture the user’s desired information:- Details “I want to learn more about the offering, get technical

details”- News “I want to know what’s new”- Reviews “I want to know how analysts and other customers

feel about this”- Resources (missing) “I own the product and am wondering

how to install something, perform a specific task, have X and Y common question, etc”

Feedback items (2)Item Location Urgency Suggestions

6. Burger Learn - Overview

Must-have by release

Burger and fries are not a universal symbol of good wholesome food, and will clash with some cultures in our target market. Find a more universal food symbol for “hungry for more” (milkshake?)

7. Pricing, Coverage catalog, and Extend content

Learn – Details, Buy, Extend

Must have by release

Need to update the content in these pages with the latest currently on V1

8. There is no place for our screenshot flow

Learn ASAP after release

The current flow under screenshots in V1 is a helpful tool for our sellers to take users through a story and the basic functions of the product, an easy way to “capture APM at a glance”. Need a place for this on V2.

9. Key collateral doesn’t have our main explanatory video

Learn – Overview

ASAP after release

Make the video replace the screen cap of an iPad with the performance dashboard in the product overview section

10. Content organization of details section is not clear

Learn - Details

ASAP after release

Organize the list with clear filters for type of content and personas. Have these filters all visible at the top or on the side so you understand at a glance what’s included in that section. When opening one (clicking on an article, for example), make it easy and obvious how to navigate back or to other related items.

11. News has a weird format for content type

Learn - News

ASAP after release

This section will probably have all links to blog posts, analyst reports, etc. that are external. Change the layout to have it look more like a “news feed” is expected (top rotating banners of most websites, or the “hot items” links on the side allowing you to see everything at a glance)

12. Reviews are not clearly split between customer and analyst.

Learn - Reviews

ASAP after release

Need ability to differentiate between customer and analyst reviews and filter between the two. Competitively weakened by not having logos, pictures, etc unlike competitive websites

13. Flow – from all content in details, news, reviews sections need next step

Learn ASAP after release

Each content put on these pages should either suggest related content to keep the user moving through the site (especially if we haven’t quite answered their question) and bring them back, when logical, to Explore, Try or Buy.

Feedback items (3)Item Location Urgency Suggestions

14. Subsections at the top should always be accessible

Learn ASAP after release

Having to scroll all the way up to have the subsections of the overview show up to navigate around is frustrating and confusing. Have the subsections remain visible as you scroll down the page.

15. Will review new getting started page once needed

Explore N/A

16. Will review new Try page once needed

Try N/A
