Summer Camps

Join us for one or more of our four day morning
PDO Plus camps! Each day the children will
explore God’s wonderful creation outdoors
with fun in the sun. They will also hear Bible
stories, do projects, sing songs and have water
fun! Come join the fun!
Ages: PDO Plus camp is for children who have completed the Parents Day Out
program and/or will be entering their first year of preschool. All children must
be 3 by August 31. Children need NOT be toilet trained for PDO Plus camp.
Cost: $100 per week
Location: Celebration! Community Life Center, 919 S. Washington, Naperville
Days and Times: Monday - Thursday, 9:15 am - 12:15 pm
Camp Size: Minimum of 10 students and maximum of 20 students. (We will
have a 6:1 student/teacher ratio to focus on both safety and fun!)
Monkey Business - June 16 - 19: Head on over to the Celebration Zoo as we learn
about God's wonderfully unique zoo animals. From mammals to amphibians,
we will learn, create, sing and imitate a wide variety of animals. Come swing
through the vines on the Celebration playground as we pretend to be monkeys
and more. Bring your towels and wear your swim suits so we can splash with
the dolphins making memories with our friends.
Fun in the Sun - June 30 - July 3: Come “have a ball” with your friends as we
have fun in God's warm sun. We will run our toes through the sand as we search
for shells and then run through sprinklers to rinse off the sand. From beach balls
to bugs, we will have both wet and dry fun. So wear your swimsuit and bring
your beach towel to the Celebration beach.
Farm Friends - July 14 - 17: Calling all animal lovers for a week of fun at the
Celebration barnyard. From making animal tracks in the sandbox to planting
crops and "irrigating them" with the sprinklers, the fun never ends. So saddle up
your horse and don't forget to bring a towel as we have fun on the farm with our
friends. Yee-haw!

PDO Plus Camps

cooperative play having fun in God’s great
outdoors! Sign up for one week or all three!
Ages: For children who have completed one year of preschool all the way up
to children who will be entering Kindergarten.
Cost: $100 per week
Location: Celebration! Community Life Center,
919 S. Washington, Naperville
Days and Times: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Camp Size: Minimum of 10 students and maximum of 25 students. (We will
have a 8:1 student/teacher ratio to focus on both safety and fun!)
Outer Space- June 9 - 12: Blast off with us as we discover all that exists in
outer space. From space ships and space suits to planets and stars, we will
explore together and learn about all that is in God's big blue sky. Come learn
and play with us...indoors and out!
Down by The Pond - July 7 - 10: Hop on over to our Celebration meadow as
we explore God's pond creatures. We will slither, crawl, hop and splash our
way through the week as we create a "pond" in the sandbox and soak up the
warm sun in God’s big backyard.
Beach Buddies - July 21 - 24: Enjoy the warm surf and run your toes through
the sand. Have fun in the sun in our sandbox beach searching for shells.
Grab your beach towel and swimsuit and splish, splash over to the
Celebration beach, enjoying God's great outdoors. Summer fun, here we
come!!

Preschool Camps
Weird Animals Where Jesus’ Love is One-of-a-Kind Two identical sessions: June 16 - 20 and July 14 - 18
God filled the world with a lot of crazy
creatures...including you! When kids feel weird,
different, or lost in a crowd—nothing compares to the
extraordinary love of Jesus.
Ages: 4 - entering 5th grade
Camp Size: 175 (we do fill up!)
Cost: $40 per child
Location: Our Saviour’s Campus, 815 S. Washington, Naperville
Times: 9:00 am - noon
To provide a safe and meaningful Vacation Bible School for 175 kids 80
volunteers are needed each session. You can be one of them by registering to
volunteer online at oursaviours.com. Adults, college kids, high school kids,
and middle school kids - Weird Animals is where everyone can get involved.

Vacation Bible School
New four day morning "Jump Start Kindergarten" camp! June 23-26 -"Jump Start Kindergarten" with Pete The Cat
July 28-31 - "Jump Start Kindergarten" with Dr. Seuss
Each day will have a sampling of literature, math, and phonics with art and
hands on science mixed in, as we have some fun in the sun. From sight word
soccer to sand box Math, the soon-to-be Kindergarten students will polish their
academic and social skills both indoors and out at the Celebration campus. Each
week is packed full of different activities using literature as a springboard, so
sign up for one or both weeks! Come get a Jump Start on Kindergarten skills!
Ages: For children who will be at least 5 years old by September 1 and who
will be going to Kindergarten in September, 2014.
Cost: $100 per week

New - Jump Start Kindergarten
Junior High and High School - “Camp SMARFF” (Summer, Music, Arts, Recreation, Fun and Food)
July 21 - 24
Junior and Senior High students are invited to join us as we put together an
entire musical production in a week - with lots of food, fun, and games in the
mix! The week culminates with a bring-your-own-picnic dinner for family and
friends, the big show, an after-show ice cream social, and cast party all held on
the final Friday of camp.
Ages: Grades 6 - 12
Cost: $75
Location: Celebration! Community Life Center, 919 South Washington,

Times: Monday: noon - 8:00 pm
Tuesday and Wednesday: noon - 5:00 pm
Thursday: noon - 10:00 pm

Camp SMARFF
July 7-11
A week-long summer camp where students will be
able to engage in small group classes in any area(s) of
the Fine Arts, all taught by members of the Our
Saviour’s Arts Ministries team – all working
professionals in their fields and familiar faces at Our Saviour’s. Classes provide
hands-on opportunities to create, learn, and grow while remaining centered in
Christ and focused on nurturing students’ budding talents and interests to praise
and glorify the Lord. Many of these classes are extensions of our program year
choirs and arts offerings. Camp will culminate with a slideshow and gathering
on our final Friday as well as the opportunity for student groups to serve in
worship on Sunday, July 13, at the 10:30 am service.
Cost: $70.00 per student

Students will have the opportunity to experience a true
“Taste of the Fine Arts.” Each student is asked to pick one
elective from each of the following categories: All electives
are custom designed and carefully crafted to meet the needs
of each specific age group. In addition, each Fine Art
Elective is taught by a professional in that field who also
holds a specific connection to Our Saviour’s and its
ministries through music, art, dance, drama, and puppetry.
Furthermore, each elective is limited in class size so as to
provide maximum teacher-student direct instruction and
hands-on learning opportunities. Classes will be filled on a first come, first serve
basis; therefore, register early to ensure your student’s placement in all requested
classes!
