To become a Real Estate Agent in 2020 youneed to: One: Get an Assistant Agents Qualification inorder to apply for an Assistant AgentsCertificate from Fair Trading. This must beheld for 12 months.  Two: After working as an Assistant Agent for12 months you can study a Certificate IV inReal Estate Practice. Once you have thisqualification you can apply for a Class 2License with Fair Trading. Three: After operating under a Class 2License for 2 years you can study the Diplomaof Property (Agency Management). Once youattain this qualification you can apply for aClass 1 License.
