• Fully charge the phone

• Turn on the device by holding down on the red off button. It will take 15-20 seconds for the device to boot up

• Once the device is turned on it will display your default home screen

• Press the dot button under the START icon. This will open up all the applications you have on your device

• Navigate to the Active Sync* icon and enter by pushing down on the middle section of the navigation tool.

• If numeric values are used in the password the shift key must be pressed each time a numeric value is entered

• Check the save password box. (This box is just under domain information.)

SYNCING• Press the Sync button. This will start

syncing your email, calendar, contacts and task to the device. This may take several minutes

• You will now be asked to choose a text message path. Choose Vtext

• You will now be asked to choose a schedule for syncing. (It is recommended you choose “as items arrive”)

• Check the box to “Send outgoing items immediately”

• Press done• Press the sync button again and you are

up and running
