About this document This document describes the process to create merchant coupons that shall be followed by the merchant to create their own promotions from Store Manager.

Introduction to Merchant Coupons After overwhelming success of bulk discount and Style my catalog service launched for

merchants previously, Shopclues is introducing another catalog promotion service named

Merchant Coupons.

Merchant coupons will enable merchant to create short term discount on products with

third level pricing. Thus merchants could create their own promotions as and when

required to boost business. Two services are launched at present:

Seller Promotion: Offer Attractive deals like no other and earn loyal customers

Stock Clearance Sale: Offer best prices to clear your inventory

Who will be using this feature?

This feature will be used by:

1. Premium Merchants 2. Basic Merchants 3. MDF Merchants

Process to Create Promotion Log on to Store Manager:

Goto: Promotion Services -> Store Promotion Services

The following page will appear:

Now, click on the promotion in which you want to promote products. For instance on clicking Seller

Promotion following screen will appear. Add products, discount percentage, promotion duration, enter

coupon digits and Save.

Promotion Conditions tab will give information on limits and conditions of creating promotion.

On saving the details next screen showing the promotion details will appear for your review.

Please Note:

Product used under one promotion cannot be used for another. For Example: Products included

in Seller promotion cannot be used for Stock clearance Sale. Similarly, product in Bulk Discount,

Special deal or running in any other promotion type cannot be created.

The promotion will automatically be disabled after the expiry period.

There is limit on no. of products in promotion, duration, times of use of promotion etc. Please

refer “promotion details” for more information.

Accept the terms and conditions and click on Create Promotion to go live. The created promotion could

be seen in next appear screen as below:

Once the above process is successfully completed and product is under promotion, it will appear with

promotion name in Shopclues Website as Below:
