SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 3 Thursday, July 5, 2018

SkyDesks Token Summary

The SkyDesks Token is a hybrid utility security token that enables usage of the SkyDesks

system. Token holders receive the ability to use Sky Desk VMs (Virtual Machines). Also,

token holders as a group will receive 80% ownership of SkyDesks LLC whichy will

generate a dividend (if there is a profit). SkyDesks currently has a ready to market

application system for the Forex & Crypto algorithmic trading industry, but the potential

use of the SkyDesks virtualization technology has wide applications far beyond

algorithmic trading. Using SkyDesks proprietary cloud automation and virtualization

technology, it is possible to put nearly any Windows application on the cloud and run it

from a web browser or your phone. Imagine running your favorite common Windows

application from Google Chrome! That’s what SkyDesks can do for your organization.

SkyDesks built a working prototype and proof of concept based on the needs of Forex

traders utilizing our exclusive cloud automation and virtualization technology. But the

potential uses of SkyDesks technology are far beyond the prototypes use case. Any

type of desktop or server application can be run on the SkyDesks system. How the

process works is as follows: An automation process template is built (this is a server

algorithm) and tested. Once it is tested (not all applications will work, likely 90% will) the

end user deploys it with one click. The system is secure from hackers (as there is no

‘system’ to hack. It’s running on a Linux based cloud and can be network optimized for

latency (using regional cloud providers, similar to how a CDN operates). This

technology is used behind the scenes by data centers and large I.T. providers but is only

starting to see use in the mainstream retail computing world. It has not yet been

exploited – that is what SkyDesks Token hopes to achieve.

Users of SkyDesks who want to use the technology can do so for their own purposes,

whether it is business, gaming, trading, management, development, or just for fun.

SkyDesks as it is now is an MVP (Minimum Valuable Product) in production. Nothing

needs to be developed, it can be used now for a specific application; Trading Crypto

& Forex.

SkyDesks currently has a ready to market application system for Forex & Crypto trading.

The system, as structured, is a platform for algorithmic trading through Expert Advisors, or

signals. The potential use of SkyDesks virtualization technology has wider applications

far beyond algorithmic trading. Using SkyDesks technology, it is possible to put nearly

any Windows application on the cloud to run from a web browser or your phone.

Imagine running your favorite common Windows application from Google Chrome!

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 5 Thursday, July 5, 2018

Potential Users of SkyDesks Crypto Algorithmic Traders – These traders will quickly learn the need of having an

independent, 24/7 connected Virtual Machine (VM) that can run your algorithm. You

don’t want to have a completely shared resource as you do not want to divulge your

strategy code, you just want to share computer resources but have a completely

separate install – this is what SkyDesks gives you. Potentially we could run Algo Trader1.

Tool Suite – Linux is more of a native Crypto OS than Windows or Mac – Bitcoin miners

utilize mostly Linux based systems, both as the native OS of the miners themselves as well

as the pool mining software. Bitcoin itself can run on any type of Machine but doesn’t

need any Windows components specifically to run – it’s platform independent.

Therefore, a shift away from a traditional Windows based workstation has taken place in

the Crypto world, but still many handy tools like FileZilla, Notepad++, Nmap, Wireshark,

and hundreds of others (see 99 freeware tools here), exist in Windows2. SkyDesks can

make any of these applications run in the browser from any device.

Potential use cases:

● As a money saver (using a SkyDesks VM is 80% cheaper than a Windows VPS or

running an entire physical desktop) ● As a security solution (Running Windows can open up your system to hackers

whereas a VM can’t really be ‘hacked’ because you can only access it from the

browser) ● As a solution to run nearly any application on SkyDesks which can be loaded in

Chrome browser from almost any device

Custom Cloud and White Label Division Users of SkyDesks technology may want to use the

technology for their own purposes, whether it is

business, gaming, trading, management,

development, or just for fun. SkyDesks Custom

Cloud’ Division (CCD) will open during Q3 2018. CCD

will implement Windows business applications on a

Linux VM. Please contact SkyDesks for additional

information regarding your specific application.

Any business application can be brought to the

SkyDesks virtualization Cloud. Once a master server

instance is running, VMs can be created on the fly

(automatically) by server scripts. Security,

connectivity, stability, and other program quality

metrics are monitored by the SkyDesks Cloud Server

Administration team.

TIP: Forex Brokers may want to purchase bulk VMs

and give them to their clients as a value added

service.

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 7 Thursday, July 5, 2018

What is the problem Microsoft Windows is a great development environment but in many cases of

production and deployment, it is prohibitive and limited.

Many applications native to Windows would be more popular if they could run in the

browser and on phones. Re-coding a Windows native app into a phone compatible

platform like Android was impossible – until now.

SkyDesks has invented a proprietary technology which enables nearly any Windows

application to run on the Cloud. This is in production with a popular Forex application,

Meta Trader 4 (MT4). MT4 is a great example of how powerful SkyDesks technology is.

Traditionally, any user of MT4 needed to run it on a Windows machine. This isn’t a

problem except that if your computer loses the internet connection or there is a power

outage, trades will not be placed and this is not good. So, an entire sub-industry has

grown offering “VPS” or “Virtual Private Servers” to individual traders who want to run

their algorithms on a dedicated computer, at a data center which is close to the

brokers. This is a good solution, but it requires traders to connect via Remote Desktop

Protocol (RDP) which is only possible from a Windows desktop (not a phone, Mac can

work but is problematic). Also, the cost is a big factor, running a dedicated Windows

VPS on VMWare, Hyper-V, Parallels, or some other solution can only scrape out enough

resources needed at around $70 per month per VPS. This may seem like a small cost for

a trading VPS but consider the value traded on the account may be only $1,000 on

small retail accounts, and some traders will want to have multiple VPS. For high-

powered strategies a simple VPS may not be enough, and when adding RAM, CPU,

and other add-ons, the costs can go up to $450 per month per VPS.

There are technical issues as well, such as Windows Server auto-rebooting for a number

of reasons – and if the startup is not configured to restart the trading application, there

is another possibility for downtime. Several cutting-edge providers like CNS

(Commercial Network Services) have created Autoboot programs that monitor uptime

and will even notify you if your server has gone down. All of these maintenance issues

are manageable, but not eliminated – until SkyDesks.

When running MT4 on the Cloud, issues that can crash a VPS are also minimized. A

large cause of VPS crashes is high RAM usage especially when the market is active.

SkyDesks offers a cheaper solution being as low as $10 per VPS on the cloud which is a

huge difference between $70. In the case of the trading application example, it just

needs to work, it doesn’t need to be fancy – the MT4 application runs for the sole

purpose of executing orders. Development would not be done on a VPS anyway.

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 8 Thursday, July 5, 2018

What Is The Solution? SkyDesks can take any Windows application and put it in the cloud. This is done via a

combination of server / cloud automation techniques and the use of emulation such as

WINE in Linux. The ramifications of this technology are huge.

SkyDesks can run not only Meta Trader but virtually any Windows based trading

platform in the cloud. However, in Forex and Crypto, Meta Trader is currently the most

popular automated trading platform. While there will be competition for Meta Trader in

the future, it is likely that Meta Trader will remain a legacy platform for the foreseeable

future. There are more than 3,000+ brokers in the world using the Meta Trader 4 and 5

platform.

What we are proposing with the SkyDesks Token is as follows:

Token Holders will receive for 1 SkyDesks Token, 1 year of 1 VM instance on the SkyDesks

Platform. SkyDesks will need to convert some of this token into fiat to pay RackSpace

and other providers (until they start accepting Crypto which they will, one day). The

payment schedule can be modified based on demand.

Users of the SkyDesks system can use one of several automated trading strategies or

load their own. For Meta Trader users SkyDesks is a must have! That’s why SkyDesks has

partnered with several Forex brokers in order to provide the best Virtual Private Server

(VPS) alternative there is – SkyDesks.

There are other token holder benefits. SkyDesks Token Holders will also receive:

● Token rewards from the rewards pool (which can be used to buy more VMs, or

exchange for Bitcoin)

● Partnership / Business opportunities for those who are in the Crypto / Forex

brokerage industry and want to use the SkyDesks Technology for their clients

(such as White Label arrangements)

● Discounts on future developed member services

SkyDesks is the solution to move the old legacy computing paradigm to the cloud –

SkyDesks enables the traditional desktop to move to the cloud, and the enterprise I.T.

ecosystem along with it.

The SkyDesks Platform SkyDesks is a fully virtualized cloud-based system running at Rackspace, with the

capability to be ported to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or IBM Cloud.

The SkyDesks ‘dashboard’ is the equivalent of the Windows desktop. We can add

applications to the desktop just as in Windows, we have ‘tiles’ instead of ‘icons’ – each

‘tile’ represents a running instance of the SkyDesks virtual machine. SkyDesks utilizes the

RTC protocol for communicating in between computers3:

Microsoft Windows Messenger 5.0 relies on the Real-Time Communications (RTC)

Client application programming interface (API) to handle real-time

communication. Microsoft has published an updated version of the RTC Client

API so that developers can extend their own applications' behavior with real-

time communication features. Real-time communications are becoming a

critical part of today's business world. Applications such as Microsoft® Windows®

Messenger are becoming commonplace in many organizations. Developers also

need tools to either create their own custom real-time applications that can be

tailored to a particular business need, or to integrate real-time communications

into their existing line-of-business (LOB) applications. Real-world collaboration

application examples include one that assists customers in finding and

interacting with support professionals. Another allows corporate employees to

collaborate with one another through such RTC Client API features as presence

information and instant messaging. The RTC Client API version 1.2 enhancements

help build more secure, versatile, and reliable collaboration and communication

applications.

Note the URL in the browser, this is Meta Trader running in the browser on the cloud!

From here users can freely manipulate the Meta Trader terminal as if it was running in

Windows. Most importantly, this allows the continual execution of the Meta Trader 4/5

terminal for uninterrupted trade execution which is extremely important for Crypto

traders.

The menu at the top allows for typical Windows functions such as report generation,

uploading of a new EA (Expert Advisor), which is a strategy robot, or to reset the VM.

Other functionality can be added as needed.

SkyDesks is a new computing paradigm of the Linux OS. Most of the Crypto currency

community is powered by Linux. SkyDesks enables Windows and Linux Applications to

be run in a web browser. SkyDesks connects directly with a PC Host to enable SSL

upload of files. Download is not enabled to protect Intellectual Property (for when the

instance is designed to be publicly shared or used.) A smartphone ‘companion’

enables 2 way remote control of the virtual machine instance through a webpage

dashboard interface. Here users can edit text, change settings, turn robots on/off (such

as Forex Expert Advisors or other systems running).

All of this including premium services would be available for SkyDesks Token holders as

a 1 year membership service, valued at $1,000 USD.

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 17 Thursday, July 5, 2018

Where we are now Here is a synopsis of where SkyDesks is currently now.

SkyDesks currently offers MT5 trading- including crypto auto trading on a web-based

platform. NOTE: SkyDesks is not the broker. SkyDesks does not offer trading services. The

SkyDesks VM empowers traders to run their trading platforms at any chosen broker.

While SkyDesks has chosen the Meta Trader 4/5 platform, other trading platforms could

be loaded.

For a demonstration- go to www.SkyDesks .com. Sign in with username: currencyinvest,

password 112233.

A companion MT4/5 smartphone app will be available for autotrading. For a

demonstration: see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkSZkrF8hlM

Several 'premium' subscriptions to strategy services (signal providers) will be available.

These include Bluucore (www.bluucore.com), FxThunder, and the BitCoin Robot (BCR).

A Sky Desk Token entitles a bearer to 'membership' and choice of premium subscription.

During the token sale interest groups will be introduced. This will primarily be on social

media such as Facebook, Google, and Linked In. Examples are Forex, Crypto,

AutoTrading, and Signals groups on each site. SkyDesks members will be invited to

sponsor and join these interest groups, hosting special events.

SkyDesks MT5 is a pathfinder, a proof of concept, as well as a demonstration of cloud

automation technology. Future developments are Windows business applications which

are planned to appear on the SkyDesks Roadmap and in the 'white paper'. Along the

way will be pathfinder applications in several fields where web based versions of

popular desktop Windows applications make business sense and enhance value.

In some cases the SkyDesks collaboration feature will make a big difference in

popularity and utility.

For the passive investor, look at SkyDesks VM demo. Go to www.SkyDesks .com and

login in as username: currency pair. password 'crypto' for a look at live BTCUSD

demo. SkyDesks with Auto Chartist may be the best trading platform for technical

analysis of BTC, ETH, or LTC. It supports SSL upload of EAs, Indicators and other MT4/5

tools. Special purpose tools are protected through Linux permissions. This opens the

SkyDesks platform up to companies- like Foxtrader - (www.foxtrading.io) with special

trading algorithms. Through use of an MT to Spectre bridge it may be possible to trade

the Spectre platform with EAs from MT5. (www.spectre.ai).

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 18 Thursday, July 5, 2018

What we are planning We want to raise a target of $5 Million

USD to create SkyDesks Token and

build out the technology as laid out in

our Roadmap. Ideally, we would like

to see a strategic investor who would

utilize the underlying technology such

as a Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, or IBM.

This would be combined with a

traditional Fund type (VC, Private

Equity, or Blockchain Capital).

SkyDesks Token to be distributed as

follows:

Retail Investors 15%

Institutional Investors (Funds) 20%

Strategic Investors (i.e. Microsoft) 45%

Management 20%

Everyone needs a vested interest in making SkyDesks Token work. We are seeking

investors that see a market demand for SkyDesks technology, not just as passive

investors. We are not suggesting investors need to do any heavy lifting, simply that they

should use the SkyDesks service. It is our belief that investors with “skin in the game”

help to further our organizational goals better than pure “speculators”.

Scenarios – how this will work A Trader who would like to become a signal provider buys a SkyDesks Token (SDT). The

token gives the owner (stakeholder) a premium subscription on SkyDesks Premium for

one year. The Subscription is valid for the period of one-year from install. (Normally, a

SkyDesks Premium subscription costs either $1000 per year or $100 per month). In

addition, when the SDT coin starts to trade in about 4 months on the market, the token

price value may increase. SkyDesks will make available ~ 100,000 tokens for private sale

at a discount prior to a public pre-sale and ICO. A token can only be used once to

create a one year subscription . In addition, SDT tokens give the token holder the right

to download the SkyDesks Smart Phone companion app to their mobile device (as well

as any other apps we may develop in the future). The smartphone app is registered to

a companion VM. We will include a professional demo video of the app with all

advertising.

Suggestion: SkyDesks makes 100,000 tokens available to members on July 18st at

0900EDT for private purchase. Each token costs .02 ETH. The address of SkyDesks ETH

wallet for collection is:

0x636C39B5067E027FEcd2b74160eC4Bf9907d01E0 (current ETH address )

Upon activation tokens are tracked by a member’s unique ‘username’. Subscription

credits to be issued by username by SkyDesks support (this is in place and working), one

credit per user and one username per member. A subscription credit notice is enabled

by support as soon as the member chooses a subscription. It stays visible until the VM is

built. This ‘white label’ system is currently fully operational on the SkyDesks.com site.

Each token/subscription enables one VM to be built at a choice of cloud data centers.

In the case of brokers- or trade leaders- multiple tokens will be issued based on

username, clientID, account number., and premium subscription ID. Example:

FoxTrading.io.

The bulk purchaser (a broker or trade leader - There are many of them) will need

SkyDesks support to set up clients. Signal installs will require coordination with SkyDesks

support. A phone number will be made available for installs after the broker KYC is

completed and an account assigned Single token orders by traders, or brokers can be

processed on the Skydesks.io website with installs transferred to SkyDesks support. Or,

the trader can build a VM online. Payments for bulk token purchases will be manually

coordinated with SkyDesks support.

Joseph Gelet, Series 3 & 30 Biography

Joseph James Gelet was born in Orange, California in 1980 and

grew up bi-coastal, in Southern California and Boca Raton,

Florida. His interest in computers led him to electronic trading and

algorithm development when there was no 'program trading' or

algorithmic industry to speak of. Joe Gelet has been trading since

1996. He began day-trading equities during this time and was

always on the cutting edge of algorithmic electronic trading. In 1999 Mr. Gelet began

a quest to develop an intelligent trading system for the markets - but at that time

algorithmic trading was heresy. In 2002 Mr. Gelet founded Elite E Services in New

Zealand, the first boutique Forex broker in the jurisdiction (currently, New Zealand is a

Forex hotspot). In 2006 Mr. Gelet became registered with the NFA as a Member CTA

(#373609) with a Series 3 designation, through Elite E Services, Inc. USA - and for many

years, managed client funds using algorithmic Forex systems. EES was twice named top

10 CTA by Barclay Hedge, as well as receiving press from publishers such as Futures

Magazine, Stocks & Commodities magazine, FX Magazine, and many others. Mr. Gelet

is a well-read author, he has authored 2 books on the topic of Forex as well as many

articles both in leading print and online publications. Always staying on the cutting

edge of algorithmic electronic trading, he recently pioneered the first Binary Options

Forex robot available in MT4 (Meta Trader 4) format. He also is an expert Forex

consultant to Steinmeyer Law, a leading securities class action & anti-trust litigation firm.

He holds a Series 3 license (Commodity Trading Advisor), and has developed an in-

depth Forex training course which has helped many Wall St. professionals and

international investors understand the nuances of Forex. Mr. Gelet has been the Forex

& IT consultant to many FCMs, FDMs, Banks, Hedge Funds, and Universities.

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 31 Thursday, July 5, 2018

FAQ Q1. What is cloud automation technology?

A1. Nothing less than the next generation of Windows program servers in a Linux

Box. We call these boxes SkyDesks VMs. Currently, they are Linux servers running in

Rackspace cloud data centers. SkyDesks VMs 'disrupt' Windows based VMs for many

reasons.

Windows Servers cannot ’host’ applications without use of RDP, an 'old and worn'

method of accessing Windows applications that are run on cloud based Windows

servers. Moreover, MT5 servers, hosted by MetaQuotes, are a popular means of hosting

Windows applications including EAs and signals. For an example,

see: www.foxtrading.io.

Q2. What will the SkyDesks Token groups do?

A2. Promote online SKY events sponsored by members and affiliates. Work on

development projects to expand the use-cases of SkyDesks.

Q3. How do I receive a free SKY token?

A3. Receive a free SKY token by joining SkyDesks as a member. You will also be eligible

to join SkyDesks Groups to be started on social media sites. Telegram, Facebook,

Google, and other web favorites.

Here are some benefits of SkyDesks membership:

-Free Membership.

-No PC or Mac downloads.

-Intuitive, user-friendly dashboard.

-Encrypted 128 bit SSL portal security.

-Linux reliability.

-Run EAs on a web-based platform

-Intellectual property protection for EA and Indicator authors

-Mobile phone EA connectivity and control (coming soon)

SkyDesks.io Roadmap Highlights

The SkyDesks.io roadmap prototype starts with MT5 trading of forex and crypto. This will

eliminate the trader's need to rely upon broker's financials and financially regulated

brokers. In effect eliminating fiat deposits in favor of deposits to and from the trader's

ETH wallet. The roadmap starts with the current web-based MT4 and its advantages.

Other use-cases for SkyDesks The technology behind SkyDesks can empower any Windows application to run in the

cloud. This can be a competitor for VMWare and eliminate the need for complex

virtualization setups.

Tools – Systems such as FileZilla are great additions to Windows but when not available,

or there is a need to run from a phone or tablet, SkyDesks could virtualize the

application.

Web based Windows – With SkyDesks any Windows based application could be

accessed via the web.

Military – As the SkyDesks VM is not a windows machine it is un-hackable. When

deploying applications in a range of operations which are not ‘controlled’ the SkyDesks

VM may provide a secure deployment solution as opposed to acquisition of a local

computer. For example, just with the login to the VM a user could securely access the

software application needed with any computer that has a browser and access to the

internet.

Crypto Mining Tools – Crypto miners utilize a number of mostly Linux based software

tools. Some of the pool miners utilize “Traffic Cop” systems that are not the miners

themselves but connect to the mining machines. These tools are not heavy resource

users, and can run on SkyDesks Crypto VMs. These VMs would need to be custom

tailored, but would have several advantages to traditional Linux server rentals, including

but not limited to; cost savings, security (more secure), ease of use (can access on any

mobile phone or browser), and quick setups.

Hardware solution “Sky Desk” – The idea of ‘dummy terminals’ is not new, in fact most

banks use common PCs to connect to mainframes via a remote connection tool.

Almost nothing is done on the PC, ut this is not being exploited. When using the

SkyDesks system, the need for expensive hardware at your location is eliminated.

SkyDesks could partner with a manufacturer to brand a box the “SkyDesk” which would

be a PC but would have only basic functions. It would not be a very powerful GPU, but

would be able to handle running any instance of SkyDesks easily and smoothly.

Potential Exit Strategies 1. Get bought by Microsoft. Microsoft’s move to the cloud has been fraught with

problems. Skype integration killed Skype. While the company continues to profit,

their technology remains poor and behind the curve. Enabling the majority of

their own native applications to run on Azure would be a ‘killer app’ to keep

them ahead of IBM, Amazon, Oracle, et. Al.

2. Combine the SkyDesks Token offering with another ICO in a similar vertical

market

been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

● Apparatus and method for ionospheric mapping

Patent number: 5428358

Abstract: This invention is a unique single-site method of determining the local total

electron content (TEC) of the ionosphere and its space-time variation using a global

positioning system (GPS) ionospheric receiver. The TEC of the ionosphere is specified in

terms of a space-time map of the local TEC in the vicinity of the receiver. Differential

group and phase path data between two L-band frequencies (L1 and L2) for a plurality

of the GPS satellites in view of the receiver station are analyzed by a least squares

technique to extract both the ten parameters of a full second order space-time

polynomial expansion for the vertical TEC (VTEC) and the differential delay biases

associated with the space vehicles (SVs). The method is applicable to day and

nighttime data.

Type: Grant

Filed: May 3, 1994

SKYDESKS.IO WHITEPAPER v3 38 Thursday, July 5, 2018

Limitation of liability SkyDesks cannot be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect

losses or damages that occur as a result of the aforementioned risks and/or other risks

mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and/or other currently unforeseen risks. You

expressly acknowledge and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable

law, the Terms and Conditions apply to any and all damages or injuries whatsoever

caused by or related to all risks connected to the Information and the Services. Some of

these limitations of liability may not apply to you because these are not permitted by

applicable law (in particular, where it concerns statutory rights connected to willful

misconduct or fraud on behalf of SkyDesks).

Investment risks Nor the Information, nor the Services are intended to facilitate

investment decisions to be made by you. If you however decide to make an

investment decision, you do so at your own risk. Please be aware that there may be

serious risks connected with investing in cryptocurrency, such as heavy fluctuations of

virtual or actual currency values, which in turn may lead to loss of currency over short or

long periods.

No currency processed As part of the Information and Services, SkyDesks itself does not

host, store, send, receive or convert cryptocurrency of any kind. Any transaction made

by you, as well as any transfer of title that may be connected to such a transaction, is

processed within the applicable cryptocurrency network which is not operated by or

affiliated to SkyDesks. This implicates, amongst other things, that you are solely

responsible for such transactions and its consequences. In case you acquired one or

more SDTO or other tokens connected to SkyDesks, you are solely responsible for storing,

sending, receiving and converting of such tokens. Especially, SkyDesks cannot

guarantee that such tokens may be converted to other currencies (regular nor crypto-

based) in any way.

Voting As part of the Services, you may be eligible to participate in the voting process

on proposals or other matters. In some cases, you may be required to participate. It is

possible that the voting process may require incurring of direct and/or indirect costs.

Voting may take place on a decentralized blockchain network. SkyDesks cannot be

held responsible for the voting process, albeit technical, financial or otherwise, nor for

the outcome of such a voting process, even if the outcome has negative

consequences for you or third parties.

Regulatory aspects Currently, cryptocurrencies and/or blockchain technologies as well

as the Information and Services are unregulated in many countries and jurisdictions.

Please note that these circumstances may change in your country or jurisdiction, that of

a possible counterparty and/or other relevant third parties, such as providers or hosting

facilitators. SkyDesks cannot guarantee that possible regulatory changes shall not

impact the Information or the Services, nor that such changes may impact you or

activities you perform in regard of using the Information or Services.

Fiscal aspects You are solely responsible to determine what, if any, fiscal obligations

(taxes) apply to any transaction you perform while using the Services or the Information.
