About project budget

• Total budged is 63 985.80 EUR• Administrative part of budget - 5330 EUR• Travel part - 32 300 EUR• Accommodations/Subsistence - 26 355.80 EUR


Number of Students and Teachers

• 50 students = 5 from Riga and 45 (5 x 9) from others

• Max 2 teachers from each school. One to first week, other to second week.– Ideal situation, if teacher stay here whole two

week– If you are two, then please stay here whole week

and change each other in weekend (Saturday/Sunday) – it’s my wish


Travel budget

• Project will pay 100% of your travel costs, if you are in the limit (depends of country)

• Travel cost include whole way from participators home to hotel in Riga and back– Train, bus, public transport tickets (in home, in

Riga)– Taxi (in home, in Riga)– Airplane, bus (Vilnius perhaps) recipe– Ferry..


Travel budget - procedure

1. You, your school pay for yours teachers and students

2. You collect all recipes, bills, others documents3. You fill Travel Expense Claim – I show you this form4. Your school send to us (SBF) filled un signed Travel

Expense Claim and copies of all supporting documents

5. Then based on this documents SBF will transfer money to your school bank account

From Max travel cost/one person. From home to Riga (hotel) and back to home. In EUR

• If your school buy airplanes tickets for all of you, if you buy tickets from travel agency, if you make some contracts between your school and travel company, please include in all of this documents IP project number

• Without problems • You will just arrive to your hotel, both

teachers and students• Breakfast will be in your hotels each morning

• We will arrange something:– European aperitif– On the Saturday. We have several ideas, but this

is in progress and depends of budget– One evening nightclub, club organized by BASP

• Goals is perfect ratio between Business and ICT students will be 2:3; ~20 to ~30 students; 4 to 6 HEI

Working day lunch

• By 95% sure – SBF Canteen• All 10 working days• Lunch time from 13:00 – 14:30. Not to long?


Hotels• According to Latvian law, we must make the

procurement procedure and winner is lowest price vendor

• It is in the process…• I hope hotels for teachers will be Alber Hotel or PK

Riga Hotel, but…• For students:– Hotel or Hostel– Idea is accommodation max 15 min away from SBF. That

mean: we don't need local transport tickets. What you think?


Everyday transport solutions

• If students live 15 min away from SBF, they don’t need transport

• For teachers?! 20 rides ticket cost 9 LVL or more from the next year. I'm not sure about including this in budget, but…

• Anyway from next year one ride ticket will be cost 1.20 EUR
