Subject: Permission to participate in the 80th international Handicrafts Trade Fair [April 23to May 1, 2016 at St. Florence, Italy] being organized by FlED, New Delhi.

Sir/Madam,

The units with the names of their representatives as mentioned in Annexure -I to this letter arehereby permitted for participation in the above mentioned fair on the basis of information furnishedby them in their applications and enclosures. It is further informed that all the participants need tomake their own arrangements for travel, hotel accommodation. visa and passport, medical insurance& local transport etc. Air fare reimbursement will be admissible to one representative ora unit as perMDA scheme guidelines.

The approved representatives of all the MSEs would stay in the pavilion for the whole duration of thefair, if not so, the units may be debarred from the participation in forthcoming future fairs of Office ofDC (MSME). The unit may depute another representation under unavoidable circumstances in placeof approved one only after prior permission of Office of DC (MSME) well in advance.

Further, it is also to inform that after participation in the said fair, you should submit thereimbursement claim with following documents within one month from the date of completion of thefair, failing which it may be presumed that you are not interested for reimbursement of airfare & yourappl ication wi II not be considered further.

Documents required are:-

(I) Copy of permission letter(2) Air E-Ticket in which fair amount has been printed(3) Original boarding pass for all the routes(4) Copy of Passport & Visa including the page of passport where immigration stamp is visible.(5) Feed Back Report(o)Copy of EM Part-Il(7) Copy of proof of women entrepreneurlSC/ST
