The Respiratorniy Kompleks Company develops design solut ions for
personal respiratory protect ive equipment (PRPE), produces and supplies
f i ltering half-masks to the leading domest ic and internat ional companies.
From the moment of i ts foundat ion, the company has re l ied on the
scient i f ic resources of Russian and internat ional inst i tut ions, use of
innovat ive materials and development of modern world-class protect ive

For more than 20 years of development the Respiratorniy Kompleks
has improved product ion capacity, designed new models of respirators,

the number of design and technological solut ions have patent protect ion, including in
terms of internat ional novelty.
We have resolved the problem of respirator select ion for individual face character ist ics
by provision of ideal f i t of the half-mask in case of mimic movements and head rotat ions.
The respirator does not change its posit ion and prevent contaminated air inf low along
the f i t t ing l ine. ALINA® does not put pressure on the face and does not leave marks.

NEVA® is the most compact respirator of our product line. High level of production process
automation made it possible to create convenient, well-priced, and eff icient respirators.

Petersburg, Russia. Two respirator product ion hal ls, the
hal l of f i l tering materials product ion, and warehouses are
located here.
We monitor each stage of performance. We implement
thorough quality control of components and respirators,
and t ime management of orders fulf i l lment and delivery.
For today, the average daily volume of product ion reaches
100,000 of product uni ts . We have created the wel l-
organized logist ics system, so we del iver our products
to any place in the world as wel l as resolve the issues
related to customs clearance.
Production
The Respi ratorn iy Kompleks v igorously develops and
p romotes nove l t ies in PRPE, f i l te r ing and sorpt ion
mater ia ls . Our exper ts work non-stop on innovat ive
solut ions for product ion automat ion and improvements
of respirator user character ist ics.
There are two operat ing laboratories and a design bureau
in the company where highly qual i f ied engineers design
equipment, improve the exist ing respirator models, and
develop new models on a dai ly basis.
Up-to-date laboratory equ ipment a l lows us to car ry
out exper iments , test new mater ia ls , and thoroughly
examine the customer propert ies of the products before
i ts enter ing into market .
