Declining enrollment means decreased school

revenue Decreased revenue necessitates operational

cuts to ensure budget is balanced Cuts impact school programs, curtail our ability

to make improvements, and impact the amount of financial aid we can offer

Need to bolster PCA value proposition to retain families and attract new students

international students International students want to attend high school in the

US so they are prepared to attend college in the US Advantages to PCA include:

Diversify our student body Give PCA students opportunities to interact with students from

other countries Provide opportunities to lead non-Christian international

students to a saving knowledge of Christ Provide a cross-cultural experience for PCA, CBC, or other

Christian families in the community who would like to host an international student for a year

Generate revenue for investment in PCA
