All the DIs, TCs and TRs are to make their own Power Point Presentations (PPTs) on each ofthe subjects/topics. They should send their PPTs on the respective subjects to the concernedcoordinator latest by the 6th April, 2018. PPT from any field office on any single issue should not beof more than 3-minutes duration and should include the experiences! observations of theimplementation unites).

Since individual PPTs would take too much time, the Co-ordinator/ Director would come upwith a consolidated PPT on the issuel topic concerned, as per the guidance of the concerned JS &ADC/ ADCsl DDG.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
