+&3The DWM is furnished with a 20k ohm NTC temperaturesensor that follows a specific temperature-resistance curve.See Fig. 1. Honeywell controllers used with the DWM employan algorithm that provides readings close to the actualtemperature. Table 2 summarizes the DWM sensor accuracyfor normal operating temperatures. Across the range of 43 to104°F (6 to 40°C) the accuracy is better than ±0.75°F(±0.42°C).

?The T7560A,B provide three buttons, a setpoint wheel, andthe LCD display (see Fig. 2). This section describes thefunctions of these elements. Table 6 shows the functionsavailable with the different Excel 10 Controllers.

"!.,

*0+8 If not specified differently, the graphics given belowshow exemplary display settings; depending onconfiguration, the actual indications may vary fromthose shown hereinafter.

&+Depending on the configuration, you can adjust thetemperature within the limits given below:

°C absolute ⇒ 12 to 30°C (in 0.5 steps)°C relative ⇒ -5 to +5 (in 0.5 steps)°F absolute ⇒ 55 to 85°F (in 1.0 steps)°F relative ⇒ -10 to +10 (in 1.0 steps)

Turn the SETPOINT WHEELup/down to decrease/increasethe room temperature setpoint. The display toggles the setpointvalue (either relative orabsolute, as configured).

After the new setpoint has beenset, the display returns tonormal mode after approx. 5sec.

&&The manually set fan speed is represented by a bargraph.Depending on configuration, the fan speed can be set asfollows:

Three speed fan override ⇒ AUTO, OFF, 1, 2, 3Two speed fan override ⇒ AUTO, OFF, 1, 2Fan mode override ⇒ AUTO, OFF, ON

*0+8 The default setting after power-up is AUTO.The manually set fan speed overrides thecontroller’s control algorithm.

Press the FAN OVERRIDE button to toggle between:

AUTO(fan speed from controller)

MANU OFF(fan off)

With this setting, dependingon configuration, the displaymay also read:

MANU 1(fan speed 1)

MANU 2(fan speed 2)

MANU3(fan speed 3)

Press the FAN OVERRIDE button to toggle between:
