By completing and signing this document, the Buyer with full legal and corporate responsibility declares his readiness to sign the Contract, on the above-mentioned terms. If the terms of this Letter of Intent are acceptable and the Seller is willing to cooperate with the Buyer, then the Seller sends the consent for cooperation to the Buyer, which leads to the further conclusion of the Contract, on the term of this Letter of Intent.

This Letter of Intent is an offer determined by United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
