BRIEF FACTS:-

With the arrest of three robbers namely Pankaj (Age 21 yrs) S/o Sh. Sadey Ram R/o H.No. 256, Village Sannauth, Narela Delhi, Deepak (Age 20 yrs) S/o Sh. Raj Bir Singh R/o Village Majra Dabas Delhi and Ashish @ Deva (Age 19 yrs) S/o Raj Bir R/o H.No. 152, Nangal Thakran Delhi, a desperate gang involved in sensational Car-Jacking & kidnapping have been busted. The gang robbed a Swift car and also kidnapped the owner of the car from Manglam Palace, near Kali Mata Mandir in the area of PS-South Rohini on 09.06.12.

INCIDENT:-

Sh. Surender Kumar S/o Sh. Bhulan Prasad R/o A-554, Gali No. 16, Gaurav Nagar-II, Prem Nagar-III, Shanti Bazar Road, Delhi, a businessman dealing in artificial jewellery reached at Kali Mata Mandir for worship on 09.06.12 at 9.00 PM in his Swift Car No. DL-4C-AA-4202. He parked his car at Manglam Palace and went to the Mandir. After performing pooja, he returned from the Kali Mata Mandir at around 9.30-10.00 PM. When he was about to sit in his car, a young person came from behind and pushed him inside the car from the driver seat and sat on the driver seat and his three associates also joined him and boarded the car. INVESTIGATION:-

On 17.06.12 a secret information received by ASI Harjeet Singh No. 425/OD that the robbers/ kidnappers involved in the above case are likely to go through the road leading to Nahar Pur Market via Jaipur Golden Hospital Road. Accordingly a team under the close supervision of Inspr. Jai Parkash SHO/South Rohini and Inspr. Anil Kumar, Inspr. Investigation South Rohini comprising SI Ravi Kumar No. D-4562, SI Avdesh No. D-4567, ASI Devender Singh No. 2545/SD, ASI Harjeet Singh No. 425/OD, ASI Bani Singh No. 365/OD, HC Mangal No. 996/OD, HC Jeet Singh No. 579/OD, Ct. Sanjay No. 2694/OD, Ct. Pushpender No.2533/OD, Ct. Vijay No. 2554/OD, Ct. Raman No.2610/OD, Ct. Mahendra No. 1947/OD, Ct. Abhay No. 2075/OD, Ct. Raj Kumar No. 1526/OD, Ct. Vishram No. 2186/OD, Ct. Dipender No. 2613/OD, Ct. Sombir No. 2964/OD laid a trap in Jaipur Golden Hospital Road and started checking the vehicles with the help of barricades. At about 2 PM a car bearing number plate No. DL-3C-AF-4880 came near the barricades and on pointing out by the informer, the team narrowed down the barricades and stopped the car and all the accused in the car were apprehended. On sustained interrogation, they confessed their involvement in the above

case of kidnapping and car jacking. They were identified as Pankaj S/o Sadey Ram R/o H.No. 256, Village Sannauth, Narela Delhi, Deepak S/o Raj Bir Singh R/o Village Majra Dabas Delhi and Ashish @ Deva S/o Raj Bir R/o H.No. 152, Nangal Thakran Delhi and are arrested. The car in which they were apprehended was actually the car which was robbed from Sh. Surender Kumar. They have put the fake number plate on it. The toy pistol used in the above incident has also been recovered from the possession of accused Pankaj. Raids are being conducted at the hide out of their forth accomplice who is still at large. Sections 411/482 of IPC have also been added. All the three are first timers in the commission of crime and two of them are pursuing their studies. Father of accused Pankaj is working as a security supervisor in DTC.

INTRODUCTION:-

With the arrest of (1) Arun Chopal @ Arun Kumar S/o Upender Chopal R/o Village Kachhuwa, PS

Lakhnoor, Distt Madhubani, Bihar and apprehension of two Juvenile in conflict with law, night checking staff of PS

Mukherjee Nagar has worked out a case of dacoity which was committed in the area of Model Town.

INCIDENT:

On 18.06.12, during early morning hours an extensive picket checking drive was in effect to check M.V.

thefts in the area of Police Station Mukherjee Nagar. At about 5 AM, HC Virender, Ct Manoj, Ct. Nisar and Ct Amarnath

posted at Mukherjee Nagar Baandh picket were checking the vehicles. In the meantime one Auto Rickshaw was stopped for

checking. On this the three passengers immediately ran off after throwing a poly bag containing some house breaking

implements on const. Manoj. They attempted to run away towards Gandhi Vihar, however HC Virender and Const. Manoj

chased them. As they got hold of one of the boy (later identified as Arun), he threatened them for life by showing a knife.

However, due to the gallant act of both the police personnel Arun was over powered. Const. Amarnath and Const. Nisar later

on overpowered the other two accused who were later identified as Juveniles. On conducting their physical check they were

found to be in possession of valuable items-cash Rs. 1,68,800/-. one wrist watch RADO, one diamond ring, one gold Nav

Grah stone Ring, one gold diamond nose pin, one silver coin weight about 50 gms., and 9 big Grah Stones for which they had

no justification. They were detained and were interrogated at length by SHO Mukherjee Nagar.

INTERROGATIONDuring interrogation Arun Chopal revealed that he and his associated Shatrughan have committed a

dacoity in E-block ModelTown after conspiring with the servents (Suraj and two juveniles) who were working as cook and

helpers in that house. He disclosed that at around 0400 Hrs. on 17/06/2012, while the house owner Suresh Kumar Gupta was

out station with family, they planned to burgle the house. As they were resisted by one man later identified as relative of

house owner they robbed him of his belongings (watch, cash and some other documents) at the point of knife and then later

on fled away from the spot taking away the Honda Jazz car of the house owner. They divided the looted amount amongst

themselves and parked the car at gate No. 1, GTB Nagar Metro Station. On 17/06/2012 while Suraj and Shatrughan left for

Bihar, these three accused planned to stay back and enjoy for some more time in Delhi.

INVESTIGATION

registered vide FIR No. 202/12 P.S. Mukherjee Nagar.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED

Arun Chopal @ Arun Kumar, aged 34 years r/o Village Kachhuaw Distt. Madhubani, Bihar, illiterate, married, having two

kids, have two previous involvements of robbery and theft of Police Station M. Town and Paschim Vihar respectively.

ACCUSED WHO WAS DECLARED PROCLAIMED OFFENDER IN MURDER-CUM-ROBBERY CASE OF PS LAJPAT NAGAR ARRESTED

Staff of PS Neb Sarai, South District arrested accused person Mobin S/o Late Dhaulla R/o Village Saidampur, PS Gobind Garh, District Alwar, Rajasthan, who was wanted in murder cum robbery case of PS Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and declared PO by the court.

BRIEF FACTS :

The main accused namely Manoj Bhatt had conspired to murder his wife. He had hired his known namely Mobin, Fakroo @ Fakruddin and Zakir for committing the murder of his wife Neelam. On 20.03.10, Mobin, Fakroo @ Fakruddin and Zakir had committed the murder of Neelam at house No. I-59, Ist Floor, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and robbed all the jewelry articles from the house. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 89/10 U/s 302/394/120B/34 IPC PS Lajpat Nagar was registered and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation, initially it was perceived that murder of Neelam was committed by the criminals for robbing the jewelry articles. Later, during investigation it came to light that the whole conspiracy to kill the victim was hatched by her husband Manoj Bhatt. During investigation, accused Manoj Bhatt and Fakroo @ Kakruddin were arrested and other accused persons namely Zakir and Mobin were absconding. Both were declared PO on 08.07.10 by the Hon’ble Court.

ARREST OF ACCUSED :

A team comprising ASI Hansraj, HC Rajender No. 1855/SD and HC Rakesh No. 1025/SD and HC Nahar Singh No. 1435/SD was already assigned the task to apprehend the accused persons who were declared PO by the various courts under the leadership of Inspr. Jarnail Singh, SHO Neb Sarai. The team members worked relentlessly and deployed sources to develop information or get any clue about such criminals. The hard word of team bore results and on 16.06.12, secret information was received regarding presence of accused Mobin at his native place, who was declared PO in a murder cum robbery case of PS Lajpat Nagar. Immediately, the team was dispatched for Village Saidampur, PS Govind Garh, District Alwar, Rajasthan. The team members made arduous efforts to locate accused Mobin in his native village and finally apprehended him from his house. Accused was arrested vide DD No. 22B dated 17.06.12 u/s 41.1C Cr.P.C. PS Neb Sarai.

Gang involved in selling “Buttondar knives” at retail shops in the leading markets busted.

Three persons arrested including two shopkeepers having shops in Chandni Chowk and Sangam Vihar.

13 button actuated knives recovered.

Staff of PS Saket, South District arrested three persons namely Pawan Sahwney (aged 24 years) s/o Ved Prakash r/o C-31, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Sakeel Ahmed (aged 43 years) s/o Abdul Rashid r/o B-258, Mangal Bazar Road, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi and Ankit Gupta (aged 23 years) s/o Naresh Kumar Gupta r/o O-89, Geeta Enclave, Vani Vihar, Uttam Nagar, Delhi and recovered 13 knives from their shops in Chandni Chowk and Sangam Vihar.

INCIDENT:

On the night intervening 6/7-6-12, an incident of robbery had taken place in Pushp Vihar area in which four persons had stabbed one person and robbed his cell phone. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 177/12 u/s 307/394 IPC PS Saket was registered and investigation was taken up. During the course of investigation, three persons namely Ved Prakash @ Vicky, Alok and Kalu were arrested on 12/06/12 but their associate namely Pawan, who had stabbed the victim, was absconding.

TEAM, INVESTIGATION, AND ARREST :

The police team of PS Saket consisting of SIs Vijay Kasana, Arvind, HCs Sukh Lal, Satish, Consts. Jitender and Ajit under the supervision of Inspr. Rajender Singh, SHO/Saket and Sh. S. Saravanan, ACP/Hauz Khas was formed to pursue the investigation further and to ascertain the source of supply of knives to criminal elements of the area. The police team finally arrested accused Pawan on 15.06.12 and knife used in commission of crime was also recovered at his instance. At the instance of accused Pawan, the supplier of knives namely Shakeel Ahmed was trapped in the area of Asian Market, Pushp Vihar around 7 PM on 16.6.12 and three knives were recovered from him who had brought the same for further delivery to Pawan’s associates against payment. Further enquiry from Shakeel Ahmed led the police team to his house-cum-shop in Sangam Vihar where one more knife and 8 “Punches” were recovered which was basically kept in the shop to supply to the criminals of the area. Further interrogation from Shakeel Ahmed led the police party to a shop in Chandni Chowk market runs by Ankit Gupta. The search of the shop led to the recovery of 8 more buttondar knives. The owner of the shop Mr. Ankit Gupta was also arrested in the late evening on 16.6.2012 in case FIR No. 193 dated 16.6.12 under 25 Arms Act PS Saket. In this way, a total of 13 buttondar knives, one from the robber Pawan, 4 from Shakeel Ahmed and 8 from Ankit Gupta were recovered.

INTERROGATION:

On sustained interrogation, it was revealed by Shakeel Ahmed that he sells articles like belt, cap etc. in weekly markets and from his house in Sangam Vihar. He used to buy these articles from Chandni Chowk market from various dealers including the shop of Ankit Gupta located in New Lala Lajpat Rai Market in Ghari Bazar, Chandni Chowk. Shakeel Ahmed, along with other articles also bought buttondar knives from Ankit Gupta for Rs. 200-300 and would further sell to the local goons of the area for Rs. 500/-. He would also sell “Punches” generally used by the criminals in fight against opponents/victims. Shakeel used to supply the knives even on demand on phone calls received from criminals of the area.

Ankit Gupta has disclosed that he used to take delivery of knives from one Jagjit who used to come at his shop for supply of the same for Rs. 160/- per piece, whose address is not known to him. He is staying in Uttam Nagar area along with his uncles and originally hails from Bulandshehar, UP. He runs the shop of gas lighters in the market.

TWO ROBBERS ARRESTED: LOOTED LAPTOP, MOBILE PHONE, DIGITAL CAMERA & ONE MOTORCYCLE USED IN THE COMMISSION OF CRIME

RECOVERED: ONE CASE WORKED OUT WITHIN FIVE HOURS

With the of arrest of two desperate criminals namely Narender Saini, aged 20 years s/o Stapal Saini r/o RGA-10, Vishnu Garden, Khyala, Delhi. and (2) Sahil Kumar, aged 20 years s/o Vinod Kumar r/o NE-91, Vishnu Garden, Khyala, Delhi, Central District police has busted a gang of notorious snatchers/robbers. One case of snatching committed by this gang has been solved with their arrest.

INCIDENT:-

On 17/06/12 at 17:20PM, a PCR Call regarding snatching of a bag of a lady containing a laptop, mobile phone, digital camera and some cash was received at PS Karol Bagh. Immediately, SHO/Karol Bagh along with the staff rushed to the spot. On the statement of the complainant namely Jyoti, a case vide FIR No. 111/12 was registered and investigation was taken up.

TEAM:-

A team comprising of Inspr. Ram Mehar Singh, SHO/Karol Bagh, SI Devender Dahiya, HC Shailesh, HC Roshan and Ct. Navneet was formed under the close supervision of Shri Vijayanta Arya, ACP/ Karol Bagh/Central District.

INVESTIGATION/INTERROGATION:-

During the course of investigation, the complainant was examined at length. She informed the colour and make of motorcycle used in the offence. Further, she also informed that she had managed to note down last four digits of the registration number plate. Further enquiry/investigation was also carried out to ascertain the identity of motorcycle and its occupants.

On verification, it was found that the Motor cycle was registered in the name of one Rishi r/o 11012, Gali Pipal wali, Ram Kumar Marg, Motia Khan, Pahar Ganj who is uncle of accused Narender Saini. The address of Rishi was traced and he was questioned. During questioning, he disclosed that he had given his motorcycle to his nephew namely Narender on the day of crime. On this, Narender was interrogated. Initially, he did not confess his involvement in the commission of the crime but finally, he broke down and confessed his involvement in the commission of the crime. He further disclosed that on

17.06.2012, he along with his accomplice namely Sahil had snatched the bag of a lady near Metro pillar No. 81, Karol Bagh, Delhi. Accordingly, both the accused persons were arrested and all the robbed items were also recovered from their possession.

Further investigation/interrogation is in progress.

CRIME BRANCH

Bhisham Singh have apprehended a person involved in trafficking of drugs and have recovered 125 Gms of Heroin. The Heroin recovered is worth Rs. 13 Lakhs (Approximately) in the International Market.

Information was received on 17/06/2012 by SI Sunil Jain that a person involved in trafficking and supplying of Heroin in Delhi would be coming near Eidgah Road, Sadar Bazar, Delhi to deliver a consignment of drugs to a contact. On this information a trap was laid and a person was apprehended. He was identified as Suresh Kumar @ Pappu (aged 60 years) s/o Gopi Chand r/o Multani Dhanda, Pahar Ganj, Delhi. 125 Gms of Heroin was recovered from his possession. A case under the appropriate sections of the NDPS Act was registered at PS Crime Branch.

Suresh Kumar @ Pappu was subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that he and his wife are known Bootlegger in the area. He has been arrested thrice in Excise Act for bootlegging. His wife Sarla is an active Bad Character of PS Pahar Ganj and having 9 previous involvements including cases under NDPS Act. Suresh Kumar @ Pappu has also joined Sarla and started drug-trafficking. They used to procure the drugs from their contact and sold it in purias as well as in packets to their clients.

Further investigation of the case is in progress.

The staff of Police Station Vikas Puri, West District has arrested five desperate and active Pick-Pockets/ Bus Robbers including a Bad Character of PS Sarup Nagar namely Suresh @ Pahari. He was previously involved in various cases of Robbery, pick-pocketing and Arms Act with other accused, 09 stolen mobile phones and 01 stolen vehicle were recovered.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS

1. Rajesh @ Raju S/o Late Daya Bhai R/o H.No. 192, LIG Flats, Pocket-3, Paschim Puri, Delhi, age 45 years. He is a school dropout 10th class and fell in bad company of pick-pockets. Previously he was working with other gangs but recently he has constituted his own gang of Pick-pockets and started pick-pocketing in the buses. He was arrested by the police staff of PS Safdarjang Enclave and defence Colony and recovered 12 Laptops of various companies and 287 mobile phones of different makes earlier. TEAM AND INVESTIGATION

On receipt of secret information about the movement of a gang of criminals by HC Rishi Kumar No. 551/W, a team under the leadership of Inspr. R.C. Dahiya consisting ASI Padmesh Tyagi, HC Rishi Kumar and Ct. Rajeev constituted and trap was laid at Road No. 235, Antriksh Aptt. , Vikas Puri, Delhi. At about 6.00 PM a Esteem Car bearing No. DL-6CC 6299 came from Chander Vihar in high speed. A Signal to stop was given but the driver seeing the police party tried to flee away. The car was stopped by placing the barricades infront of the car. Later on the occupants of the car were identified as Rajesh @ Raju, Suresh @ Pahari, Naresh, Madan and Deepak.INTERROGATION

During sustained interrogation 9 mobile phones and a stolen Esteem car in which they were riding were recovered from their possession. The car was stolen from PS Prashant Vihar vide FIR No. 515/11 u/s 379 IPC. All have been arrested by the P.S. u/s 41.1 (D) PS Vikas Puri. Further investigation is on and more recoveries are expected. Efforts are being made to like recovered

articles after verifying the same from the concerned police stations.

Staff involved in good work is being rewarded suitably.

With the arrest of an auto lifter cum snatcher namely Vikas @ Vicky(aged-20yrs) S/o Rajendra Prasad, South-West District Police has worked out four cases of MV Theft. Three stolen Motor cycles have also been recovered.

FOUR CASES OF MV THEFT WORKED OUT.

GIST OF THE CASE.= On 10.06.2012 complainant Jagdish Singh Sen s/o Baldev Singh R/o Flat No. 285 DDA Flat Pocket 2 Sec 9 Dwarka reported that he had come to his brother-in-law for short stay and parked his motor cycle No. DL9SU 6414 Bajaj Discover in front of the flats i.e Pocket 2 Sec 9 Dwarka. Next morning when he woke up, his motor cycle was found stolen. Upon this, a case was registered at Police Station Dwarka South vide FIR No.124/12 u/s 379 IPC and and investigation was taken up in right earnest.

INFORMATION AND OPERATION

On registration of above case, police swung into action. A dedicated team comprising of SI Sunil Godiyal , SI Vipin Kumar, ASI Daya Ram ,HC Vishnu No. 58/SW ,Ct. Brij Lal No 1681/SW andCt. Roshan No. 1540/SW was constituted under the close supervision of SHO/Dwarka South. On 16/6/12 the above team received an information from reliable sources that an active auto lifter on a stolen motor cycle would come to Sec.7 Dwarka to meet his friend. On receiving this tip off, the above team laid a trap at Shiksha Bharti School,Sec.7, Dwarka. Vehicle checkings were intensified. At about 11.00PM one motorcyclist on motor cycle bearing reg. No. DL- 9SU-6414 came from Sec 6 market Dwarka side. After sensing the Police presence, he stopped at some distance and tried to escape. Finding the matter suspicious, the police party chased the motor-cyclist and overpowered him. Upon being asked regarding his sudden fleeing from the spot, the alleged person was unable to give any satisfactory reply & again tried to run away. Later, on the spot enquiry, the motorcyclist revealed that he had stolen above said motor cycle from Sec 9 Dwarka and was about to dispose off the same. Further enquiry from the motor cyclist revealed his identity as Vikas @ Vicky, aged 20 years S/o Rajendra Prasad R/o, Palam Village Delhi and the motor cycle linked up with case FIR No.124/12 u/s 379 P.S Dwarka South.

PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED

Vikas @ Vicky, aged 20 years s/o Rajendra Prasad r/o, Palam Village Delhi, is a school drop-out of 8th class. He is spoilt brat of an army officer. He is a big drunkard and fond of having girl friends. He has following previous involvements:-

INTERROGATION AND MODUS OPERANDI

Vicky was subjected to sustained interrogation, who revealed that he had stolen four motor cycles from the area of Dabri and Dwarka. Further he revealed that he is fond of costly meal in luxury hotels with his girlfriend Sonam @ Golu who is married but owing to strained relations with her husband, she remains with him. It has also been transpired that the above lady was his associate and co-accused in several cases.

In pursuance of disclosure and prompt/timely action of police, it resulted in recovering two more stolen motor cycles.

A GANG OF ROBBERS BUSTED

South-East District police has solved a sensational case of robbery registered vide FIR No. 138/12 dated 15/06/12 u/s 392/394/397 IPC, PS New Friends Colony. The following persons have been arrested :-

SOUTH EAST DISTT

1. Sanjay @ Sanjeev @ Chinni s/o Raju R/o Jhuggi of Netram Baba, Pahari No. 2, Taimoor Nagar, New Delhi Age 20 years

2. Bobby s/o Rakesh R/o Subhash Ka Makaan, Pahari No. 1 Taimoor Nagar, New Delhi, Age 21 years

3. Monu @ Sandeep s/o Dalip Kumar R/o Vegabond, Taimur Nagar Delhi aged 20 years

Brief Facts:-

On 15/06/2012 at 9:20 AM a PCR call vide DD No. 15 A was received in PS New Friends Colony that someone has been stabbed at Hanuman Mandir Khizrabad. On getting this information, Ct. Sanjeev, the beat Constable of the area rushed to the spot and found that two persons were struggling to catch hold of one person who was later identified as Sanjay @ Sanjeev @ Chinni. The two, later identified as real brothers Vishwajeet and Ashok s/o Ravi, labourers were shouting for help and Vishwajeet was profusely bleeding in his back. Constable Sanjeev immediately overpowered the alleged Sanjay with the help of Vishwajeet and Ashok. By then, PCR Van also reached the spot and rushed the injured to hospital. Statement of injured Vishwajeet was recorded and it was revealed that at about 9 AM when he was passing through the jungle between Taimoor Nagar Extn. and DND Flyover, three persons stopped him and forcefully took Rs.10,000/- and a Micromax mobile from him on the tip of a knife. When he resisted, they attacked him and caused stab injury on his left scapular region in the back. He tried to get hold of the knife from blade side and hurled hard punches on the assailants. But he sustained injury in his palm and assailants ran away. He cried for help and his real brother Ashok who was also following him to work place, heard his voice and rushed to him. They both picked up stones and searched for alleged persons in the direction of their escape. The duo sighted them sharing the booty in a pit. They hurled stones on them and succeeded in nabbing one of them. They dialed 100 number and dragged him out of the jungle where Ct. Sanjeev responded to their call for help.

A case was registered vide FIR No. 138/12 u/s 392/394/397/34 IPC PS New Friends Colony and investigation taken up by a team of SI Ashok Giri, ASI Devender, HC Pramod, Ct. Bobby and Ct. Sanjay Som under the supervision of SHO/New Friends Colony Sh. Govind Chauhan and under the guidance of ACP/New Friends Colony Sh. Dataram. Interrogation :-

On sustained interrogation, accused Sanjay @ Sanjeev @ Chinni disclosed that he and his associates namely Bobby and Monu planned to rob the belongings of passerby of Jungle area between Taimoor Nagar Extn. and DND flyover which is often used as a shortcut by the locals. The area is secluded and easy for escape. They robbed Rs.10000/- and one mobile phone from the victim at the point of a knife. He further divulged that he had hid the weapon of offence and the robbed mobile in the dense jungle while they ran away after committing the crime. They were sharing their booty when the victim and his brother hurled stones on them. His associates ran away but he was caught. During his search Rs.3000/- of the booty were recovered and he was further taken on police remand and weapon of offence i.e. knife and robbed mobile were recovered at his instance.

During the police remand, extensive search for the other accused persons of the case i.e. Bobby s/o Rakesh R/o Subhash ka Makaan, Pahari No. 1, Taimoor Nagar New Delhi and Monu (Vagabond) were also made. The efforts of the team culminated in the arrest of accused Bobby S/o Rakesh from Taimoor Nagar and

Rs.2000/- of the booty were recovered from him. The accused Monu @ Sandeep s/o Dalip r/o Vagabond, Taimoor Nagar Delhi has also been arrested and Rs.1000/- of the booty were recovered from him.

Recovery:

1. Rs. 6000/-2. Mobile Phone of the complainant. 3. Knife (Weapon of offence)

Profile and previous involvements-

1. Accused Bobby s/o Rakesh R/o Subhash ka Makaan, Pahari No. 1, Taimoor Nagar New Delhi, age 21 Years, is a dreaded criminal who was indulged in the highlighted Sunder Nagar robbery case of PS Nizamuddin Vide FIR No.455/09 u/s 392/397/34 IPC. He is illiterate. He belongs to a poor family and fell in bad company. He was earlier arrested in case FIR No.143/09 u/s 25 Arms Act PS New Friends Colony.

2. Sanjay @ Sanjeev @ Chinni s/o Raju R/o Jhuggi of Netram Baba, Pahari No. 2, Taimoor Nagar, New Delhi Age 20 years, is illiterate and belongs to poor family. He is a rickshaw puller and is also a drug addict. He befriended with Bobby and his associates and committed this crime to earn quick bucks. No previous involvement.

3. Monu @ Sandeep s/o Dalip Kumar R/o Vagabond, Taimoor Nagar Delhi aged 20 years is illiterate and belongs to poor family. He is a rickshaw puller and is an addict of ganja. He also befriended with Bobby and his associates and committed this crime to earn quick bucks. No previous involvement.
